  1. Welcome; this file is intended to give you a trigger that will allow you to transform
  2. yourself, at any time, for however long you want, into a Zoroark and back again.
  3.  
  4. Before we get into the actual file I would like you to get comfortable and relax.
  5. I would like you to sit or lay down, if you haven’t already, and then start slowly tensing and relaxing your muscles starting with your face and slowly move to your feet.
  6. Pause the file and when you are finished start it again.

  14. Alright, just make yourself comfortable and look at the screen or ceiling now.
  15. Just separate your hands and let them lie loosely in your lap, or by your side if that is more comfortable.
  16. It’s better if your legs are uncrossed, but it doesn’t matter if you feel the need to move just slightly, now and again.
  17. You don’t have to be absolutely still.
  18. Just be comfortable and relax the whole body as much as you can.
  19. Now I want you to take a deep breath and hold it for a moment, before breathing out
  20. Slowly.
  21. Just allowing your whole body to relax as you do so.
  22. And I want you to keep your eyes closed now, and just keep listening quietly to the sound of my voice.
  23. You will be aware of those other sounds too, sounds inside the building, sounds from outside.
  24. Maybe passing traffic, but these won’t disturb you.
  25. In-fact they will help you to relax even more, because just for now the world outside is absolutely unimportant to you. The only sound you are interested in is the sound of my voice in your head.
  26. And while you are listening to the sound of my voice I want you to concentrate for
  27. A moment on your breathing.
  28. Breathing slowly and steadily and evenly.
  29. Just as if you were trying to convince somebody that you were absolutely sound asleep. And as you breathe out each time just allowing your whole body to relax more and more, so that you gradually find yourself feeling as if your whole body was sinking further and further into the bed or chair. With each breath you breathe.
  30. Now you can just listen quietly to the sound of my voice in your head and of course
  31. You’ll be aware of all these other sound two.
  32. You will not be disturbed.
  33. Just allow yourself to be as lazy as you could ever want to be and while you are listening to the sound of my voice in your head.
  34. You can just simply allow yourself to be as lazy as you could ever want to be, so lazy as you could ever want to be.
  35. Good, now while you are relaxing there, in the your bed or chair, you can just be aware of your body, aware of your hands, where they rest, perhaps noticing the angle of your elbows, and maybe sensing the weight of your head against the back, and you know that weight might gently increase as you allow yourself to relax more and more just being aware of your ankles and feet now and wondering if they will start to feel heavy too, as you relax.
  36. Thinking about your breathing for a few moments.
  37. Noticing that your breathing is becoming slower and steadier as you relax more and more slow and steadier breathing so steadily and evenly just as though you were pretending to be sound asleep.
  38. Breathing so evenly and so steadily you almost wouldn’t disturb a feather place directly in front of you.
  39. Breathing so easily and slowly so gently that you almost wouldn’t disturb a single strand of a feather placed right in front of you.
  40. And as you allow yourself to relax even more now I wonder if you can sense the beating of your own heart.
  41. Sensing the beat of your own heart and just seeing whether you can use the power of
  42. Your mind to slow that heartbeat down, just a touch, just see whether you can use the
  43. Power of your mind to slow that heartbeat down just a little so that you can feel your
  44. Whole body slowing down, becoming lazier and lazier because you have absolutely
  45. Nothing whatsoever to do except to relax now.
  46. Nobody wanting anything, nobody expecting anything, so you can allow your whole body to continue to relax and become steadier and easier until it is just taking over, like a well maintained machine of some sort or another, just taking over smoothly, easily, quietly, comfortably, so that you can become gradually more aware of your own self, aware of your hands and arms just sensing how they are now. Aware of your legs and feet too.
  47. Relaxing, again just sensing relaxing, how relaxed they might be and wondering if it is possible to relax them even more now.
  48. To be so in touch with yourself that you can actually get your whole body perhaps to relax even more now, yet remaining totally alert and noticing now how even your face muscles now can begin to really relax.
  49. Relaxing and letting go of the tensions that were there almost but not quite completely unnoticed just being vaguely aware of the skin and muscles of your face, settling smoothing out, a good feeling, just wondering how long the tension had been there and where it all came from in the first place and then realizing that you simply couldn’t care less, because you can feel it draining away from you now, and that feels good.
  50. And as you continue sensing the beating of your heart and the absolute steadiness of your body’s rhythm you wonder at the fact that you are so absolutely relaxed and comfortable that you simply can’t be bothered to even try to move even one single muscle.
  51. Even though you know you easily could if you wanted to.
  52. I know that you easily could if you wanted to.
  53. But you simply can’t be bothered to even try allowing yourself to just be relaxed and relaxing even more now.
  54. As lazy and relaxed now as anyone could ever wish to be.
  55. And I wonder if you can now manage to relax even more even though you are already as relaxed as it is possible for most people to ever be just finding the last tiny traces of tension in your body and simply letting them go.
  56. With each easy gentle breath you breathe. Allowing every muscle, every fiber, and every sound of your entire body to be as beautifully relaxed as anyone could wish to be.
  57. You are continuing to relax even more now and you continue becoming more comfortable. This is your own would that you will like very much.
  58. You are going to find that any time you would like to spend a few minutes by yourself relaxing, and feeling very comfortable and serene, you can automatically go back to this feeling you are experiencing now.

  62. Anytime you like there are times that you will want this serine feeling now and then it is here whenever you want it. Continue enjoying this pleasant experience as your unconscious mind is receiving everything I tell you.

  104. I’m going to teach you how to become a Zoroark and then change back again using just a few simple phrases.

  106. I want you to focus on your body; your skin. This is where all of the changes will take place.

  114. Notice now, a darkness has made a presence in your vicinity.
  115. A murky, concerning appearance to it.
  116. This darkness is almost like a cloud but more of a fog of black that shapes around anything it covers.
  117. It begins to creep upon you slowly.
  118. Wait, as you feel it surround you, but you will not be scared of it, despite its foreboding presence.
  119. Feel it envelop you in its warm embrace, covering your body from head to toe as it slowly seeps into you, through the pores in your skin and spreading that same warm feeling all over the inside of your body.
  120. You feel numb, but everywhere in your body is warm.
  121. You don’t feel the weight of your clothes, wherever the pressure of where you lay.
  122. Nothing.
  123. Nothing at all, except for the warmth, and numbness in the dark cloud, inside you.

  127. The darkness is now inside you, and your body ready to accept its blessing.

  131. The warmth disappears, as the darkness you felt warmth from is absorbed into your body.
  132. Everything is as it was before this presence graced you.
  133. A feeling of no feeling of you, unconscious, laying or sitting there.
  134. You don’t feel a single thing.
  135. None of your limbs or anything will move even if you were to request so dearly for them to move.
  136. Nothing.
  137. Nothing at all.
  138. No hair, no warmth.
  139. Everything is neutral, placebo, senseless.
  140. Now, if you can, can you please think about this dead in absentia body of yours.
  141. This is where all the changes and transformations will happen here.
  142. Think about the positioning of your legs, feet, hands, arms, and the angles they lay at, if you are wearing shoes or gloves of any sort.
  143. How you chose to rest your head at the start of this recording, are you wearing any facial clothing such as sunglasses, hats, or etc?, physical obstructions to your chest?
  144. Any other important details?
  145. These will all be important for your transformation.

  149. Focus on your right hand now, see how a dark grey fur begins to sprout from the back of your hand?
  150. It tingles a bit as it pushes out, not painful in any way.
  151. Now the fur slowly moves up your fingers, and as it does you see your fingernails beginning to lengthen and toughen, slowly merging with your fingers themselves.
  152. They become a set of bold crimson red claws that have a very fainted hawk edge to them.
  153. At this point, is your choice whether they merge to become 3 claws or continue to stay at 5 claws.
  154. If you continue to use five claws then dexterity will not change for you.
  155. However if you use three claws, you can increase immersion by only using the three fingers closest to the thumb.
  156. It is hard to compromise for both five fingers and three claws. I’d recommend those who are more experienced to attempt this method.
  157. I’ll give you a moment to decide.

  160.  
  161. Now focus on the bottom of your hand as the fur begins to move to the underside of it, notice how your palms puff out slightly, turning a deep red color as they become your paw pads.
  162. They are harder than your normal human skin, but just as sensitive.
  163. The pads for the most part would be hidden within the thick short fur nested in your palms.
  164. The fur now begins to spread up your right arm, again a dark grey in color, and silky smooth in texture, your arm is becoming coated in the same dark grey fur as your hand.
  165. It stops to grow a little longer at the elbow joint and form a tuft of fur there.
  166. Then it continues further up the right arm.
  167.

  170. You’ll now notice a small amount of pressure on your bicep, as it begins to compress making it much smaller in girth as compared to your forearm.
  171.  
  172. Your right hand has grown grey fur and red claws, and your right arm has grown much of the same.
  173.  
  174. Now feel the fur as it bridges across to your chest, now beginning to grow much thicker and almost jet black in color.
  175. It covers your [breasts|pecs] in a thick layer of fur that gives the appearance of slight breasts on a males.
  176. The jet black fur then spreads off the shoulders creating spikes of fur.
  177. Feel as your other arm now changes, the fur growing down it much quicker than it did on the first arm, your bicep shrinking in girth and hands growing claws and pads as it too matches the other.

  181. Your arms and upper torso are now changed.
  182.  
  183. The changes slowly move onto your lower torso, and it too gains a coat of silky dark grey fur.
  184. All while this happens, excess fat is shredded and for females your waist pinches slightly, giving you a perfect hourglass figure.
  185.  
  186. The changes move lower.
  187.  
  188. Feel your hips now, as a gentle tugging sensation is forced upon both sides of your pelvis.
  189. Witness it stretch, making you lower figure more wide and pronounced in comparison to your torso.
  190. Fur then moves lower along with the changes made in the hips which create the waist line to be overlaid in thick spikes of fur against your body.
  191.  
  192. Your arms, hands and torso are now fully transformed.
  193.  
  194. The changes move down to your legs. your thighs grow more muscular as the silky grey fur covers them too, and as the fur flows down the muscles bulge with power and strength.
  195. As the fur reaches your feet, feel your middle and last two toes fuse together and grow long sharp claws as the bottoms puff into pads, both the same color as the ones on your hands, a deep red color.
  196. Now you feel the heels of your feet retracts upwards into your legs slightly, creating a leg stance that’ll allow you walk, run, or sprint, digitigrade, relying only of your front most part of your feet with your claws.
  197. This’ll allow you to run or walk faster and more quietly.
  198. When you choose to transform into a Zoroark, you will have a preference to run digitigrade, taking the weight off your whole foot, and placing it onto your toes only.
  199. This is optional when you are forced to carry heavy items with large weight, in case you choose not to strain your feet.
  200. Your choice.
  201. I’ll leave you here a moment for you to decide your preference.

  205. Your body is complete, the only thing left to change now is your head.
  206. The fur now picks up where it left off at your neck and begins to move upwards onto your head, onto your face, completely covering it in the same silky grey fur that covers most of your body.
  207. Observe how the corners of where your mouth is on your face gain red fur, as if it has been marked away.
  208. Your eyes gain similar aspects to them as well giving you red accents, almost like eye-liner, around the outside of the lids.
  209. The accents merges with your eyebrows essentially masking it and causing the red accents to be controlled by your eye brows.
  210. Now your ears feel like they’re being stretched slightly, as they grow larger and pointed as they slowly move to rest on top of your head, the insides a deep red and the outsides covered in the grey fur. They can move like a Zoroark’s, and are much more sensitive than a human's ears.
  211. Your jaw now feels a similar sensation to your ears as it too begins to stretch forward as it forms a triangular muzzle, your nose sinks into it and the nostrils flare as your sense of smell becomes ten times better than before.
  212. You feel your teeth beginning to change now as they sharpen themselves, your canines growing into fang that protrude from your upper lip.
  213. Now your hair is hit by the change, it becoming the same deep red color as your claws, your paw pads and your face markings as it grows outwards, becoming much, much longer as it forms a Zoroark’s signature mane, feel it behind you, thick yet light, resting down to your waist. If you wish, a cyan bead in color will clasp your mane near the bottom to form a ponytail, otherwise your hair will flow freely as it gains some black accents along frayed spikes.
  214. Finally, your eyes succumb to the change, becoming a bright blue in color as the pupils draw themselves into slits while your vision sharpens.
  215. With that all parts of your body that have yet to change finish.
  216. You are taking a few moments now to finish any parts of your body that haven’t fully changed.

  218. Very good.
  219. When you wake up you will be human again so lets take a few moments now to focus on your new body.
  220. Hold these things in focus as you picture in your mind’s eye how it looks.
  221. Taking a snapshot if you will focusing on each new change to your body.

  224. When you wake up you will be human again just as you were before you began this

  259. The suggestions will remain just as strong but the words themselves from the beginning of the induction to the end of the suggestions are fading from your mind like dust in the wind.
  260. Taking a few moments now just letting the words fade away as the suggestions of the transformation cements itself and become stronger and stronger the more you forget what was said.
