Why should we unban you?:
Because I didn't do anything wrong, I simply wanted to State my case on the forums so more Admins can look at it. I didn't disrespect anyone or at least it wasn't my intention. Also I did not lie or try to sneak something in on the forums, from my POV there was no Role Play initiated. I got RDM'ed like a dog and I felt something needs to happen to prevent such situation from occurring again and improve Role Play in future. I'm really sorry to Admin who felt disrespected by my actions. As I said above, it wasn't my intention to disrespect his authority and judgement.

What have you learned from this?:
1. Never go into Admin channel right after the incident, better gather sufficient evidence and state your case on forums.
2. Don't post forum topic after said incident was already discussed with Staff.
3. Don't leave the channel in the middle of discussions.
4. Be more careful of your actions, they might offend somebody even when you don't intend to do it.

Describe short what happened and lead to you getting banned?:
Me and couple of my friends felt like we got RDM'ed so we went to Admin channel and waited. After 20 min of arguing which got us nowhere (cops said there was RP, we said there was not) I wanted to speed things up and suggested we (rebels) want talk power for all of us since cops have it. Admin declined so I reloaded my task force and left the channel to play the game (they still argued for about 20 min more). After I was done playing I said to Brian that I'll take it to the forum and make it proper so more Admin's can express their feelings about this incident and explain to us if this is acceptable Role Play or perhaps RDM. I made the topic, put in info and evidence. Next day, during my gameplay I was banned for Disrespect of an Admin decision. 20 min later Moderator Michael Storm moved me into Admin channel and proudly informed me that he banned me for 3 weeks because he thinks what I did was very disrespectful to whole A3L community and to Admin who apparently already made a decision on this case. Keep in mind that I wasn't aware that decision was made since I left the channel before ending.
