  1. 1. Withholding educational information, in any form or way, will be a criminal offence. All course material must be, at minimum, made available for free in the public domain through the Internet.
  2. 2. Limiting academic registration on any course or module will be a criminal offence, except where, on the balance of probabilities, that it would be impossible or prohibitively expensive under practical circumstances to accept a student.
  3. 3. For each course or module, the price charged may be only the cost of running that course or module. It is a criminal offence to profit off education for any purpose.
  4. 4. For each penny spent by the National Health Service on treating, diagnosing, or researching obesity-related diseases, the food industry will pay two pennies to the Treasury.
  5. 5. Religions will be classified as political parties. It will be illegal for them to discriminate based on sexuality, race, or any other characteristic which is currently illegal. It will be illegal for them to offer a public service and then discriminate.
  6. 6. The Commons will be replaced by a proportional representation system.
  7. 7. The Lords will be replaced, one third in each general election, by experts in important fields- such as science, economics, and business.
  8. 8. Current school systems will be replaced with unstructured learning. Students may register for any course in any order at any age. Classrooms will be replaced with computer centers to access online educational material. Children have the right to spend their school hours as they wish, with restrictions being imposed only for their own direct safety. The body of school pupils will also be given the direct right to vote on how to expend the school's budget, and which members of staff should have their contracts renewed. From 4 to 21 years of age, all education costs will be covered by the state.
  9. 9. Individuals classified as dangerous to others in a court of law shall be released from imprisonment when a parole board has been satisfied that the individual is no longer a danger to others.
  10. 10. Sentences shall not serve the purpose of retribution, nor deterrence. Sentences shall only serve the purposes of rehabilitation and making reparation. Where reparation is not possible, rehabilitation is the only goal.
