Earth: Destiny Cost 4

On the surface, Earth is just another non-admin world. No magic to speak of, some level of technological advancement but not too much, etc. But beneath that surface has risen one of the greatest heroes of the TSAB: Nanoha Takamachi. She is not the first, nor will she be the last recruit from this planet, but she is by far the greatest, and her actions have created a renewed interest in both recruitment of its inhabitants and interest in its culture.

Bonus 0: You have some knowledge of how things work on Earth, whether this be from living there, working there, or just an obsession with all things surrounding Nanoha Takamachi. Gain a skill specialty for either Learning: Earth Culture, or Learning: Earth Technology (?).

Disadvantage 5: You are from earth, and as a non-admin world you have found yourself thrust into a strange world with technology far beyond your ken. Your reactions to things considered mundane by other cadets cements this. Further, others may view you as being backwards or uncivilized for your background. If you take this disadvantage, these problems will come up. You gain a point of destiny per story if you get into trouble or suffer complications. This disadvantage is free if it is your first or second one.

Secret 2: Earth is a Non-Admin world, which means that the TSAB is not privy to all of Earth's knowledge. Despite the TSAB's technological superiority, there are still things they do not know. Once per Story, you may invoke knowledge from Earth's history or technology to turn a situation to your advantage. The Sage is the final arbiter on what is appropriate.


Nanoha Takamachi:

5 Fortune: You have been personally acknowledged by Nanoha Takamachi, as she has recognized something special in you. What this might be is for the sage and yourself to decide.

3+ Secret: You have some connection to Nanoha Takamachi, to be determined by you and your sage. One or both of you may be unaware of this connection.
-2: Your sage determines what this connection is, and does not reveal it to you until it is revealed to your character.
