Race File Criteria:
 - Save and Quit immediately after getting the Wind Waker.
 - Any items may be equipped.
 - No chests have been opened except the Spoils Bag chest.
 - No items obtained except: Hero's Clothes, Hero's Sword, Hero's Shield, Telescope, Spoils Bag, Pirate’s Charm, Tingle Tuner, Sail, Wind Waker

Route:
Superswim to Windfall, Drown/save warp, Greatfish CS skip with mailbox
Sail to Windfall, get Bombs
Superswim and drown at DRI, take damage from bomb flowers, Zephos Skip
Get Delivery Bag, zombie hover into DRC, Dragon Roost Cavern
Get double storage, superswim to FH, get Deku Leaf
Set Wind South, enter KoRL, set wind Northwest, do Forbidden Woods
Double storage superswim to Outset, superswim to vortex, get Nayru's Pearl
Superswim to S. Triangle, E. Triangle, N. Triangle
Command Melody
Early Hero's Bow, save warp
Sail to N. Triangle, kill Cyclos
Warp to DRI, get Double Storage with chest storage, superswim to FF2, enter Helmaroc CS
Skip Helmaroc
Puzzle Skip, leave chamber
Leave Hyrule 2
Warp to M&C, get Fire & Ice Arrows
Warp to DRI, Superswim to Fire Mountain, set wind Northeast, get Power Bracelets
Warp to Outset, sail to Headstone, get Earth God's Lyric
Warp to DRI, get Medli (do natural route since you don't have 200 rupee chest)
Warp to S. Fairy, sail to Ice Ring, get Iron Boots
Superswim to Headstone
Get chest storage, proceed with Medli to the room with Floor Masters, get Medli caught, get small key, then get caught yourself
Get Medli out of cage with Command Melody, Mirror Shield, save warp
Finish Earth Temple
Warp to Windfall, get Double Storage with Door Cancel, superswim to Gale and get Wind God's Aria
Warp to Forest Haven, get Makar
Warp to Windfall, superswim to Gale
Hookshot, clip out of the room
Finish Wind Temple
