Rules for Skype chat!

1. Don't change the title of the chat without mod approval
 1.1. The exception being when rules are updated
2. Don't change the conversation picture without mod approval
3. Don't throw temper tantrums in the chat, that stuff is for PMs
4. No spam, either
5. Let the MODS enforce the rules
 5.1. That means you don't get to artificially shorten your own sentence, DA!
 5.2. It also means you should shoot the mods a PM if you think they're doing it wrong
