>Description: Godfrey Shock is a former Desert Ranger, who perished, and was brought back to life by Control, and dedicated his life to assisting his experiments. Shock's fur is a dark purple, with black feathers adoring his head that he likes swept back. His right eye is a bright blue color, and his left eye is always shut. Shock appears like a simple mercenary from the deserts, due to his duster, goggles, and the gas mask he carries on his neck. He was originally a Desert Ranger, a faction designed to protect the boom towns that had emerged, and brought their own law to the small communities. Shock never saw eye to eye with most other Rangers in his time with them, as they were much more accustomed to swift executions if any laws were broken. Shock would often try and be fair and just in judging lawbreakers, and was one of a small few who would actually utilize jails. Eventually, he was ousted from the Desert Rangers with a bullet to his left eye, and left for dead out in the harsh desert. Control found his dying body, which he then experimented his newfound experiments on. He succeeded in reviving Shock, albeit with a scar running down his left eye socket, as Control needed to fix the damage inside his head Now, Shock acts as a job hunter for Control, acquiring funds, much like Shadow and [fwoq]. Shock is rarely found with his cohorts, and often likes to explore cities and landscapes he comes across, eager to learn and explore. Humbled by his time in the Rangers, Shock often imparts his wisdom into others, preaching about believing in oneself instead of blindly following others. He values freedom over most things, only shadowed by his sense of loyalty to those who help him. He enjoys listening to, and listening to folk tales, and has books about them stored in the lab. His favorite is about a Ranger who bests an outlaw that had beaten 20 others in duels.
