it's pretty much all animation frames and sketches. the bulk of it covers all 24 eps and ops showing some frames from each episode, then sketches of some promo art, an interview with the producer, bd packaging sketches, then character design stuff, mecha design, art direction, background art, all accompanied with their own interviews. there are also footnotes all over the book under some pics or sequences. everything is stuff you've seen in the anime, like the character design section just has sketches of some anime shots, not actual character sheets.
