Hi.

Here are my plans. I know nobody will give a shit about reading this since it's IRL stuff, but whatever.

I'm planning on submitting 5 games to AGDQ 2018 this Saturday, and honestly i'm very fucking nervous. This is the first GDQ in a while where I've actually had more than a snowball's chance in Hell of actually getting a game in. (Last time was SGDQ 2016, AGDQ 2017??).

My absolute main heavy hitters I guess in terms of runs, are RaC PS4 (this one has the most chance of getting in), and Ed Edd n Eddy 100% (was being considered for AGDQ 2017, but BFBB was taken instead). I am *very* confident at least something will come out of RaC PS4; especially since the Ratchet community has joined together and we're all helping each other out write submission pitches before the deadline gets here. A lot of really really cool Ratchet runs are being submitted from a lot of greatly talented fellow runners/friends of mine in the RaC discord. This community needs more chances to shine.

Some of my other games, like Rayman Legends and ACIT, also have decent chances (ACIT especially since it was almost chosen for SGDQ 2016, but Jak 1 got in). Rayman Legends especially since 1. it has a new route and a lot more optimized strats, 2. PS4 version is almost 10 minutes faster in real time.

A Crack in Time IIRC was shot down by Vulajin because of length and I totally understand that. Me, Lombax and Wedc are going to be submitting one category each, the ones we have the best times in, to increase the chances of the game getting in. I'm submitting NG+, which is the shortest category, so I don't know. We'll see.

My last run, Rayman Origins 130 Electoons, is a toss-up, honestly. My PB is decent but still decently far from WR, and the game hasn't been shown off since one of the 2013 GDQ's. It's honestly up to the committee if they want to pick this one again since it's been so long.

IRL STUFF

Dealing with school right now, it's a pain in the ass. Stupid relationship shit has messed with my head non-stop for these last couple weeks, so for now I just want to relax, clear my mind and get into a better mentality. Not trying yo act like a whiny little shit here as usual, but I feel like a lot of the weight on my shoulders is slowly but surely falling off. Maybe. I don't know. I still have a bunch of exams to deal with. :P

-Improve my ACIT times.
-Improve my other times in some other games.
-Possibly learn some other games as well, stay tuned~
-Hopefully participate in the Rayman community marathon.
-I *WILL* go to AGDQ. Mark my words.
-Just keep doin' what i'm doin' and keep grinding and doing stuff.
