I have a problem with my order, I received a package which did not contain my order items, two weeks ago I had the same problem, but I thought that this time it wont happen again and I ordered again, but it happened again, Im very dissapointed with this service of a big company like amazon. I called a carrier and like last time they said the same - wait 1-2 days for us to investigate this case. I`ve waited 3 bussiness days and I called them again they told me to wait a few days more and they also mentioned that since its international shipment its harder to investigate and that my package could have been stolen or lost while being delivered. I dont think that they can do something about it, because last time they didnt and it will just waste my time to wait few more days or even more!! Im very dissatisfied with service I got and its maybe the last time I purchased something from amazon! I would like to get a full refund and I dont want to wait more, because it will waste my time and cause me stress.
