  1. Mod anon's recommended mod list, cannot vouch for most personally so try them yourself:
  2.
  3. >Hyper Storage and Item Broadcaster
  4. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/item-broadcaster-hyper-storage.1745/
  5. Allows you to set up quick and easy auto-sorting. Goods dropped off in one "broadcast" chest will be sent to nearby storage chests automatically by reading what's stored in them already. No configuration, works with any and all container types.
  6. Also includes hyper-storage. All linked hyperstorage containers share an inventory, planet-wide. Works with any container type.
  7. TO FIX FOR NEWEST UPDATE: Install original, then overwrite with this patch: https://www.dropbox.com/s/b9usxly5l5c8upf/item%20broadcaster%20fixed.rar?dl=0
  8.
  9. >Perennial Crops
  10. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/perennial-crops.2403/
  11. Crops automatically replant when harvested, even one-yield crops like potatoes. No more having to go back and re-lay seeds manually after every single harvest.
  12.
  13. >Descriptive Food
  14. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/descriptive-food.2434/
  15. All food and cooked meal items that produce an effect, from healing to buffs, will now be labeled to say what they do. No more guessing, no more trial and error.
  16.
  17. >Mysterious Stars
  18. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/mysterious-stars.2447/
  19. Adds Mysterious-type stars to the galaxy. Planets around these stars can have any type of biome, at very high levels. New stars will only generate in a fresh universe section, so scroll out and find some unexplored space; they won't show up in previously-explored quadrants.
  20.
  21. >Block Crafting Table
  22. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/block-crafting-table.2410/
  23. Adds a crafting table that uses material-based recipes rather than pixels to craft decorative block types from throughout the game. Great for diversity of building materials you don't have to ransack for. Great for base builders.
  24.
  25. >Block Replicator
  26. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/block-replicator.1675/
  27. Aegisalt-level tech that lets you mass-print blocks at the cost of voxels (compressed pixels). Great for the casual builder. Also comes in even more advanced Violium and Rubium variants. Can be used with Block Crafting Table to get the "seed" blocks to repliate later.
  28.
  29. >Decoration Crafting Table
  30. http://forums.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/decoration-crafting-table.2431/
  31. Adds a crafting table that can craft almost any existing decorative item using simple in-game materials rather than pixels. Also eliminates having to hunt down random biome recipes for every single character you make. Great for base builders.
  32. TO FIX FOR NEWEST UPDATE: Install original, delete "tarpitchest.object" from recipe folder, then overwrite with this patch: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ec0hihzqvvcyswy/deco%20crafting%20fix.rar?dl=0
  33.
  34. >Pixel Goods Store
  35. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/pixel-goods-store.1348/
  36. Adds a vending machine merchant from which you can buy all sorts of custom decoration and furniture. Spritework is very nice, lots of cool stuff including racial and generic furniture, anything from trophies to bathtubs to bookshelves made of lava-seamed obsidian.
  37.
  38. >Lettered Ores
  39. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/lettered-ores.1282/
  40. A high-visibility mod that puts a capital letter over each ore sprite. Good for colorblindness or just ore in high-noise blocks. Also makes it easy to distinguish platinum from silver.
  41.
  42. >Monster Part Mod Pack
  43. http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?resources/monster-part-mod-pack.2420/
  44. A bunch of new heads, bodies, arms, tails, and so on for extra diversity in random monsters. Lots of additional custom parts exist but haven't been formatted to the new version yet, so hopefully this will update very soon with lots more content, too.
  45.
  46. >Frontloaded Pixel Compressor
  47. https://www.dropbox.com/s/glxfdl8uxpnuros/frontloaded%20compressor.rar?dl=0
  48. Reduces pixel compressor loss from 40% to 20%, and charges loss up-front. So instead of compressing 1000 and getting 800 back, you compress 1250 and get 1000 back. Makes saving pixels more worthwhile and cashing in much easier to calculate.
