Summary: Step 1 in creating your own vis shards.

Simple enough to do hopefully, making a Clear Vis Shard is a multi-step process. First, you require a Raw Crystal Mesh/Frame takes 3 Iron Bars and 3 Nether Quartz and 1 of each vis stored from your wand in an Arcane Worktable. Then you need some Praecantatio in a crucible, and you throw the mesh in. Cluster form, ala vanilla-TC's shards.

Summary: Step 2 in creating your own vis shards.

Each primal aspect has its own research(by the time I release this, Thaumcraft's new research system should be available, so they will be tertiary) to infuse a Clear Vis Shard with. A simple enough thing to do, requires an amount of (primal) essentia from a jar, and a "representative" of the element.

Aer: Feather
Aqua: Water Bucket/Bottle(probably bottle)
Ignis: Coal/Charcoal
Ordo: Chiseled Stone Brick
Perditio: Cobble
Terra: Dirt

|	Tainted/Vitium Vis Shard Infusion - Aspects - Praecantatio, Vitreus, Vitium - Requires all (Primal) Shard Infusion researches.

Summary: Component for later recipes. Will not be in first release.

Created in the same way as the above shards - The "representative" of the element is Tainted Goo, which drops from tainted mobs. There is also a cluster form, ala vanilla-TC's shards.

Tier 2 - Researchable as soon as you research all of the primal shard infusions.

Summary: Machine to grow your own vis shards, starting with Clear shards.

Inspired by the "grow your own crystals" kits often sold as a project for kids, this machine will take Nether Quartz and (sugar? salis mundus? maybe a easy/hardmode config?) and grow Clear Vis Shards at a ratio of 1 quartz to 2 shards, making it easier than manually creating them. Later upgrades will allow you to attach an upgrade which will take nearby primal aspect essentia, and make the respective primal vis shard.

Recipe: Infusion. Thaumium Block in the middle, and around the edges: Three clear vis shards, glass, and quicksilver. Essentia: Machina, Praecantatio, Vitreus, maybe Lucrum to mix things up?
