Default channels for CCBridge

CCBridge will read through this file 1 line at a time. If the line can be parsed as a number then it will open the modem on that channel, otherwise the line is discarded. 1 number per line. "4 bob" would be discarded. "bob" would be discarded. "4" would be opened. Maximum of 128 channels.
