Delete CS GO Cache

Delete PAK files

Windows Key + X and select Command Prompt (Admin)
sfc /scannow

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
bcdedit /deletevalue nx

(Windows Key + R)
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /install
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair

RIGHT CLICK CSGO, PROPERTIES, LOCAL FILES TAB: Verify Integrity of Game Cache

RESTART

It will work now, but you will have a competitive cool down because this takes time.
