My character...still isn't sure it is right or not. Actually my first attempt to not insert any dialogue.

Why was I borned with this power...? I don't want it. This power is a curse. It has brought me so many pain and sufferings. Even my name brings bad luck. I would not preferred to be called by my real name. Instead, call me Shadow. Yes, that name suits me, with this curse of mine. This curse of mine killed many of my precious ones. Which is why now I avoid people, not wanting them to be precious to me.

My parents are kind, loving couple. My sister, although rude, is kind at heart. She will do anything to protect me. We are a happy family of four, until that accursed day arrived. A group of thieves broke into our house.
