I have been wrongly accused of being a troll by relentlessflame, and other members, along with an unjustified ban from the gundam forum and an infraction. I am defending myself from these charges which stem from what is clearly harassment I have been facing the past few months that nobody has been taking seriously until now. In the Gundam IBO episode discussion topics I have been repeatedly attack and ganged up on by trolls that have been given no punishment whatsoever while I myself am suffering their consequences. Why? Because I have been having a negative opinion of the series and critiquing it as to why. Because of these different opinions I have been constantly harassed. The first three topics are ones where I have not been harassed, but I also have the same negative opinions I have been giving:

Episode 10 discussion, I post my opinions and all that happened was one person made a note on how odd a statement was, no conflict arose.

Episode 2 discussion, I simply stated the self half felt like filler and Obelisk ze Tormentor makes an insulting remark that I should watch Bayformers instead and then calls my criticism absurd because I asked a basic character motivation question. Haak gave an actual civil response in comparison. It starts there, but below is when the flame wars start rising.

Episode 7 discussion, Obelisk calls me a troll because my statements "can easily be proven wrong" without saying how, which does qualify as flame bait/trolling. On the next page Pen3 states that "it makes you think this guy/girl should just give up and think before posting." without being explicit as to why, another attack. On page 5 I rightfully defend myself AND point out to Obe how what he was doing was actual trolling. He attacks me again shortly after by telling me how to comment or otherwise I would be a troll, a crass statement used to patronize me. He further insults me by saying I "could not follow" even though I have. I even tell him that I'd admit that I was wrong if he was not being so hostile. His response? Uncivil provocation aka flaming.

Episode 8 discussion, I state there is a pattern going on and I am not liking it. Tenzen12 makes a condescending remark that the pattern is "pleasant" and that I should be happy about it. Kind of belittling of my intellect as to how I should think. I make rebuttals on how I disagree with what he said along with asking where the space yakuza stuff is from since I caught no hints of it. His reply? "Only good gundam are not dependent on the roots of yours", more or less implying that I only like bad entries. Obelisk gets on the attack wagon right after and even called me an uneducated troll (once I said I reported it he edited his comment to look like he did nothing). There is also Endscape saying "it was obvious with a sakezuki ritual", I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume I knew jack squat about yakuza aside from them being a mafia (I do not). I then get accused that my opinion is an absolute truth when I never said or implied such thing. This is also ignoring a lot of Obelisk's condescending remarks toward me.

Episode 9 discussion, all I did was ask some questions before Obelisk gets on my case proclaiming I did not pay attention and uses inflamatory remarks toward me again. I rightfully defend myself and it would have ended right there if Skye629 starts flamebaiting, also with the "you have not been paying attention" remarks in an uncivil manner that was not called for in the slightest. I responded in a civil manner only for Obelisk to go on a trolling tyraid under incorrect assumption that I do not comprehend it.

Episode 11 discussion, Somnus makes half his post attacking me because my opinions were more negative than the others. monster actually made a civil response in correcting me. Next was Skye629 who laughed at me for not getting details (used lol in the post). On page 3 I addressed monster only because he was civil. I disagreed with what dienrachen said about gundam and slice of life fitting and about flashy decoration and I corrected him. I  admit I was probably a bit snarky in that opening remark. Then page 4 hits and Rising Dragon accuses me of not paying attention to a detail. After that Ryuuoh DeltaPlus said my comments lead to cancer AND accuses me of being a troll. FerrusManus then does off topic posting (and lies). Naturally I corrected their mistakes, in a civil manner no less, to which Obelisk demands an off topic challenge as well as blatantly contradict himself. I pointed out both and throws uncivil statements. Rising Dragon called goal post moving without explaining how and I corrected him. It goes on until Obelisk states that he had solid facts (without providing them I may add) and called my a child and ADMITTING HE WAS TROLLING THE ENTIRE TIME. "Well, like I said before, I enjoy the hilarity of your posts. Do continue your work. I'll certainly have fun with them in more ways than one (quoting and using them is surely one way). LOL " HIS WORDS. Then RF FINALLY walks in (I should note I did private message three moderators during this conflict prior) and stated that personal attacks are NOT OKAY and even said to leave people be when they have different opinions.

Now for the episode 14 discussion aka the one RF banned me on:

I said "they never really built that up". aohige disagreed and I did not mind. ninjastarforcex said it was "f***ing obvious" (which was a tad rude to say) and I countered saying all she did was talk about nothing. Anh Minh said look it up, I did, got nothing. Then on page 3 Tenzen12 call my statement "too stupid even for your standards" AKA flaming and trolling. He then stated I didn't pay attention to IBO (again INCORRECT) despite the fact that was FAN SPECULATION and not part of the show itself. He concludes his post by stating I was trolling which I was not. Likewise I defended myself AGAIN and reported him. Rising Dragon also gets on my case without stating how it was obvious or anything of the sort, notice the lack of civility on their part especially when I point out how false the argument points were. Endscape finally explains why people thought like that to me, but at the same time said "it becomes pretty obvious" and I gave multiple reasons as to how it is not so obvious. Tenzen12 then says "it's clearly intent" with the one above all joining in without substance and despite the fact I have repeatedly over and over again stated I was NOT a troll. Skye629 then makes a condescending remark followed by Ryuuoh DeltaPlus and Somnus making open flamebait remarks about how they were glad I was banned from this forum (on a side note how did they actually come across this information?).

Notice how in every single rebuttal in those topics I have not once:

-Attacked anyone or their opinion
-Used any insults
-Belittled their intelligence or opinion in anyway
-Made fun of their short comings
-Berated anyone for not getting details correctly
-Brought up their personal history

And I only brought up the term "troll" when someone was blatantly admitting they were insulting me. In other words I am not, nor have I ever, trolled anyone on this site. My opinions have remained very consistent and the three first topics above prove that there is no conflict if nobody becomes uncivil over very minor things. I have been attacked and harassed by the same individuals over and over again despite an admin clearly stating not to use personal attacks. At no point was I myself ever given any warning or infraction before that episode discussion. I have been accused of rule breaking I am not guilty of while the people involved with unprovoked attacks toward me have not relented. Yet I am the one that gets punished for it. Even the guidelines for that form expressly forbid attacks like this:
