PlayStation 4 (PS4) crashing/bricking issues and failures

There seem to be separate issues with the console: a) HDMI related, b) Pulsating Blue Light of Death (PsLoD), c) audio problems, d) WiFi problems.

Also, the error message runs at 1080p 60FPS. If it does. ;)
