5. More pictures of bad SCOBYs, unusual normal SCOBYs and perhaps some time-lapse stuff
6. Spreadsheet for determining ABV, sugar content and other things from tested pH and hygrometer readings
	 - I have a prototype done, I am just trying to make it not suck (Merry)
7. Turn on and expand the Wiki to include entries about various teas
