DOOM comes to Equestria {ONE SHOT}

>There are those that would call your disappearance from the world a victory, and even a blessing, but to you it was no defeat.
>Infact, it was an opportunity. A chance to grow your power and in time, return to your world and crush those that would defy you under your heel.
>Equestria was vastly different world to the one you had left, yet eerily familiar.
>Creatures of fairy tale and myth were made flesh, and a portion of the native inhabitants utilised magic so readily that, briefly, it surprised even you.
>Still, the inhabitants of Equestria, the Earth Ponies, Pegasi and Unicorns, they were naive to the true nature of the world.
>Some knew the nature of conflict, but none knew of war, true, all out war.
>So that was how you would instigate yourself as their ruler.
>There were other races that in time would also fall under your rule, but for the time being they would function amicably in providing a catalyst to your ascension to your rightful place on the throne.
>Before you now stands the leader of Equestria, the Princess of the Sun herself, Celestia.
>Golden armor adorns her body, but, like the guards lining the hall around you, it is easy to see it is more ceremonial than anything else.
>"I...don't know if I should ask this of you, but I fear that desperate times call for desperate measures. The Griffons, the Minotaurs, and the Diamond Dogs have already conquered our allies in Saddle Arabia. The Crystal Empire is facing internal turmoil. Equestria stands alone. Humans are well versed in warfare. We need a weapon to change the outcome of this terrible war. Please, will you help us?"
>You allow yourself a well conceived smirk behind your armoured vistage and make a show of crossing your arms.
"This weapon will come at a price Celestia, but surely you know that already."
>The Princess nods, struggling to meet your gaze as she realizes the gravity of her request.

"There will be sacrifices. You must be willing to set aside Honesty, Kindness, Generosity and Laughter. You will have to temper your magic like it was a blunted blade."
>You let your words hang in the air a moment before continuing.
"And you must be willing to afford your loyalty, the loyalty to Equestria, to Doom."
>A storm of emotion rages across Celestia's features as slowly, steadily, she nods her head again.
"Will you be willing to do what is required."
>"Yes." She whispers, soft as the rays of the winter sun.
"And you recognise Doom's authority over Equestria and its citizens."
>"Ye-"
"Say the words, Celestia."
>Celestia exhales, and her gaze downward, her own dejected vistage greeting her in the marbled floor.
>"I recognize Doom's authority over all of Equestria."
"Good."
>The moment passes, and just like that you are the sole ruler of Equestria.
>You turn to a royal guard, who shrinks under your piercing gaze.
"Prepare the meeting chamber, Doom shall devise a stratagem at once."
>The guard looks nervously over at Celestia, before galloping from the room to fulfil your command.
>You turn your gaze back to Celestia, and address the 'princess' in the same tone as the guard moments before.
"Gather the Elements and the rest of the Princesses. They will each have their parts to play."
>With a casual wave of your hand you dismiss Celestia and the remaining royal guards, leaving the room empty as you climb the carpeted steps to the throne.
>It's not quite as grand as your previous throne, but you will soon fix that.
>Infact, that will be the least of your changes.
