Covet: Kelsey pulled up in a rental car that her Lawyer had from the airport, with him driving. Quincy R. Copas was a tall latin looking man in his 40's, who was from the Los Angeles area. She saw that Jason was there already and put a set look on her face.
Tsaaq: "Stay out of this." He said sternly as he fixed his tie. He saw the car pull up the driveway before heading to the door. "Get in here. We'll all talk in my office." He told Jason. "Persephone. Go to your room." Sedrick looked over his shoulder at the blonde, trying to shoo her. // Persephone pouted her lips and crossed her arms, she wasn't going anywhere.
DGNightwing: -Jason waked torward him and nodded, walking torward his office, Jason looked at Persephone and smiled- Hey gorgeous...can you let your uncle handle this please? This has to be done. We planned for it, everything is going well...just let us take care of it please.
Covet: Kelsey was shortly behind  Jason seeing Persephone there, upset about something. She didn't say anything and made her way into Sedrick's office. // Quincy was the first to speak up, "Good evening Sedrick, Thank you for taking the time to meet us tonight. " He said offering his hand to shake, then looked at Jason, offering a hand to him as well, saying his name.
Tsaaq: He nodded his head. "It's alright." He said gently, looking between Persephone and Jason. "Great to meet you." He went to shake Quincy's hand. "My office is right downstairs. Follow me, won't you?" // "Hi." She greeted. She glanced at Jason and lifted her head until her nose was in the air. She huffed as she took a few steps back so they could pass her to walk down the stairs.
DGNightwing: -Jason reached his hand out and shook the mans hand, starring at Kelsey then back at Sedrick as he followed him to the ofice.  He took another look at Persephone and leaned in kissing her cheek- Thank you.
Covet: Kelsey shook her head a little seeing Persephone's action as they walked past her. Walking into the office she sat down in a chair. // Quincy smiled and followed Sedrick, holding his hand out for Kelsey to sit down before him. He took the leather bag off his shoulder and pulled out a file a notepad and a pen.  "Shall we get to it then?"
Tsaaq: "Yes. Let's talk business." Sedrick sad as he allowed everyone to walk into the office and went in after them. "Can I get any of you anything?" He asked as he went to sit down. // Persephone watched as they walked down the stairs. She nodded her head at Jason but once they were all gone she went into the living room and took a seat on the couch.
DGNightwing: -Jason noded and looked around staying quiet for the most part until he was spoken to.  He looked at Kelsey and her Lawyer to see what they would say
Covet: Quincy, nodded his head, "No thank you, but the offer is appreciated. So, since it was your client's request to have this meeting, I'll need to know some further information. I'd like to know what it is you're wanting or expecting out of this meeting Mr. Polisino." Kelsey looked over at Jason , her gaze unfaultering, it was cold.
Tsaaq: "Well-" Sedrick began to said as he held a hand up to Jason to signal his silence. "I was under the impression that Jason would like to obtain partial or full custody of his son." He replied. "There's evidence... That he's gathered." He shrugged a bit. // Persephone heard them speaking below, she took off her heels as she slowly made her way down the stairs.
DGNightwing: Yea..-jason nods- Well, I just want more time with my son. I dont awnt to get shunned out of his life. I wanted to go about this a little more calm. But it was thrown out of the way some. Theres a web site with Kelsey here, acting out. Some of them while in our sons presence. I think she is a good mother. I jus dont think herhead is in the right place right now. But its not my decision to say. Im just worried about my son.  But yet..the media doesnt even know hes hers. Why have a son if you have to hide him?
Covet: Quincy nodded his head, "I understand your concern, Mr. Polisino, Sedrick. He looked into the file for a moment then back over to the other two men, "And how much time are you requesting you get with him, if you can't have full custody?" // Kelsey heard Jason's questions and comments, clenching her jaw but saying nothing. She'd speak shortly.
Tsaaq: "Ahem." Sedrick cleared his throat at Jason. "The evidence isn't overwhelming but I'm sure we can come to some sort of reasonable agreement." He replied. "Well, Jason. How much time would you like, given the circumstances?" // Persephone tip-toed towards the office and leaned on the wall near the doorway.
DGNightwing: Well alot more then I have. Its bad when the step dad figure gets mad when im around connor. I made a mitake ears ago. I went to the clalss they requested me to go to. I did my time.  I just want more time. Im willing to negotiate anything. - he looked at KElsey- I didnt want it to be like this.- he looked at both of the lawyers- I don t see him at all. Il take a day. two days. Weekends so sh can go out and d whatever the hell it is she does
Covet: Quincy wrote that down as well, then started to speak again before Kelsey cleared her throat. // "If I may, seeing as I have full custody, and I can reassure you I am of sound mind and body, despite what evidence he may have or some website has, I am the only one who can make changes to the custody agreement. Mr. Copas here and I have drafted up a new custody contract. In it are the new custody guidelines, pending one very specific stipulation." She said her voice calculated as she spoke.
Tsaaq: "And that is?

Tsaaq: "And that is?" Sedrick leaned forward a bit as he looked between Kelsey and Quincy. // Persephone bit her lower lip as she continued to eavesdrop.
DGNightwing: -Jason listened and shook his head- Its going to be something stupid.
Covet: Quincy stayed quiet, Letting Kelsey do her thing. // "It will be if you don't listen." Kelsey said in a VERY mom tone. "My stipulation, is this. Jason told me he knew how to get in contact with the person in charge of the website. I want their information, or any information on the person who took the photos. If that can be supplied, then I will give Jason, One day a week of Supervised custody. I will be there to supervise, as I wouldnt' feel comfortable, putting my son's saftey in just anyone's hands.  I will also record the song he wrote me, with him, as requested in the conversation that was recorded, provided that any and all profit made from it, goes directly into a trustfund for Connor. In the new agreement, it also states that Jason is to get approval from me, before posting any sort of image of Connor on Social Media. You want to talk about him fine, but the reason I don't speak about my son to the rest of the world, Is for his safety and concern, not because I'm ashamed of him. Jason will no longer be obligated to pay a monthly  child support payment, but rather be responsible for half of the tuition for Connor's schooling. Through College." Kelsey added. "This is the only time, I am going to make this offer, to settle this matter between us. If you chose not to then we can take it to a court, where I've been more than reassured, that I wouldn't lose, and you can go back to not seeing Connor at all."

Tsaaq: Sedrick nodded his head before looking over at Jason. "Well...?" He asked. "Does that sound like something you'd be alright agreeing to?"
DGNightwing: I take the offer- he looked at them nodding, then back at Kelsey- The only thing I ask. Is that your other half controls him self when Im around. You and I need to be civil. And thats fine. Il control mine. You control yours. Thats the only counter offer I have. I agree with everyting you say.
Covet: Kelsey looked at him, "I do not have any control over how he protects Connor. However, you're both adults, so I expect you two to figure it out, without causing a scene in front of my son." She responded then had Quincy pull out the four copies of the new contract for all of them to sign and have for their personal records.
Tsaaq: Sedrick rose an eyebrow at Jason "Well then. I think that's settled." He said as he went to take out a pen to hand over to Jason "And in the event that this contract is violated? All agreements are null and void, correct?"
DGNightwing: How he protects  Connor? If thas how you see it.  And Our son.  But yea yea.  IL sign whatever it is you need me to sign. - Jason nodded to Sedrick as he began to sign- Yep.
Covet: "Yes, exactly." Quincy said with a nod. "Then full custody resorts back to Ms. Morgan here." // Kelsey looked at Jason, "He treats Connor as his own, and loves him like his own. You think he wouldn't get protective over him? Regardless of how he shows it, he's in the same position you are, and is allowed the same feelings. I'm not taking that away from Connor."
Tsaaq: "I'm sure everyone was logical reasoning for everything." He said in an attempt to intervene. "Are we all set?" He asked. // Persephone moved away rom the door once she heard them wrapping up.
DGNightwing: Yea- he nodded- We are set.
Covet: Quincy and Kelsey had both signed all the contracts as well  and kept two of the copies for themselves. "Very True, Sedrick. I look forward to seeing the information in regards to the website and photgrapher by the end of this week, while the contract is being filed, with the county. // Kelsey looked at Sedrick and gave him a smile, "Thank you for your time tonight, give Bliss my regards when you see her."  Turning to Jason, " And give Sephy mine, Jason." She stood up  with Quincy, so that they could take their leave.
Tsaaq: He nodded as he looked over the paper work. "Well it's been a very productive night. I will tell Bee-Bee you said hello." He smiled at Kelsey. "Well if it's all the same to you two. I'll be getting prepared for bed." // Persephone frowned as she moved over to the bar and poured herself some whiskey straight.
DGNightwing: -Jason stood p- Mhm. You all had a good night- he walked out of the office and saw Persephone and wlkd to her- Hey...you alright?

Tsaaq: Persephone took a sip from the glass as she looked Jason over. "I guess." She whispered. "I mean... Yes." She nodded her head. "I'm great. I was just bored." She shrugged before looking away.

Tsaaq: "I know." She nodded her head. "That's why... I wasn't involved or anything." Persephone took another sip from the glass as she leaned against the bar.

Tsaaq: She shook her head. "No. You told me to stay out of it. So I did." Persephone winced as she swallowed down the firey liquid. "I take it everything went well."

Tsaaq: "Why isn't over?" Persephone asked him as she swirled her liquor in the glass.
DGNightwing: Thres just some stuff that needs to get tooen care of before hes of age or anything- he shrugged- It will be okay
Tsaaq: Persephone stared at Jason before beginning to walk away. "I read uncle Sedrick's email from her lawyer you know." She sighed. "I know you kissed her. Tsaaq: She inhaled deeply and held onto her drink. She answered him with a nod as she lowered her head.

DGNightwing: I dont believe you- heshrugged- When are you going to bed?
Tsaaq: "I said I forgive you. So I forgive you." Persephone turned to look at him. "I don't know. Anytime, later? Soon." She whispered.
DGNightwing: Well let me know...- he sat there quietly- What d you wat to do?
Tsaaq: She stared into her glass then looked back up at him. "I want to feel better." Persephone said.
DGNightwing: No..- he grabbed the bottle- No more alcohal

Tsaaq: She began to glare at Jason. "Why not?" She asked him with a frown.
DGNightwing: DOnt get drunk...thats not good- he shook his head- Plese.

Tsaaq: "Don't fucking tell me what to do! You're the reason I'm drinking! Try not to be such a horrible jerk maybe!" Persephone scoffed as she began to move away from him so she could try a grab a different bottle.

Tsaaq: "I'm not an alcoholic first of all. Second of all maybe I wouldn't be so sad if you weren't trying to get back together with your ex, which you aren't even sorry for." Persephone said. "I don't get it. Running after some bitch when you have a hot piece of ass like me waiting for you all the time?" She asked. "Oh yeah? You just got him back? Tsaaq: She wriggled away from Jason's grasp. "Don't touch me. You're right I don't forgive you. Prove it." She grumbled. "Since I can't even drink to relax I'm just going to my room and cry. Are you happy now?" Persephone asked him as she headed for the stairs.

Tsaaq: "What?" She turned around and looked at him. "What, stop what?" Persephone whispered as she wiped her face once more.
