# Guidelines for Effective Work

A few guidelines working more effectively, particularly when remote workers are involved. Additions whenever I see behavior that could be improved upon.

## Meetings

When proposing meeting times, include the time zone. Even if you're absolutely sure they're in the same time zone as you, people travel; just because you saw a colleague in your local office yesterday doesn't mean they're based there (or that they'll be there tomorrow).
