edit: if optimal is 2 pauses (tas can do 1 pause), then ennopp did 3 extra pauses...  3 extra pauses seemed to take about 3.8s
edit: 65.65 - 3.8 = 61.85

F: 48:15.25 to 49:29.25 = 74

Safe to say that 8s timesave is a lower bound for the exact timesave.

edit: 74-61.85 = 12.15s

edit: Timestop PCS can save about 12s

ennopp 5:13:31, slow set up, could be faster
3:18:47.89 to 3:19:37.66 = 50, could have been 1-3s faster... saves about 16s over fairy/fish pcs, saves about 25 over no pcs... with proper setup probably saves about 18s over timestop pcs
