  2.
  3. Article 1 - The Constitutional Monarchy of Dabarune is the sovereign Monarch of the United World Alliance, being the head of State. The Monarch holds his position for life but may transfer it to any designated nation at any time under any conditions which must be honored under penalty of regional expulsion. The Monarch has the power to, during times of crisis and interim, appoint and establish government of his choosing, maintain foreign relations, and can veto any laws which the Senate has deemed could obstruct or change his power.
  4.
  5. Article 2 -The Prime Minister, in times of interim and crisis is to be appointed by the King. However, under normal circumstances, an election is to be held every 30 days (starting with the first election). The duties of the Prime Minister are to: enforce the laws of the region under the authority of the King, exercise the power of the government to advance the interests of the region, and generally promote the general welfare and well-being of the region through responsible government action. The Prime Minister appoints members of the government, who must be members of the region, and therefore members of the House of the People. The Prime Minister may be removed by the King, by a three-fourths majority vote by the Senate, or a three-fifths vote by the House of the People. If removed by either legislative body, an election, administered by the King, must be held in five days. In the interim period, the King will exercise full control of the region.

However, the second legislative body is the Senate; composed of one member for every 10 member nations in the region. Senators serve 60 day terms, beginning with the first election. A Senator is considered to be a member of both houses. In the event of a tie in the Senate, the King casts the deciding vote. The House of People has the power to, with the approval of the Senate: make bills which the WA delegate must introduce to the WA, make constitutional changes, strike to remove the Prime Minister, vote on the expulsion of a member nation, vote on a regional password, and/or any other important regional matter. The House of the People has the sole power to elect the Prime Minister. The Senate decides issues regarding Constitutional matters, (i.e. if a law or member action is constitutional, etc.) as well as administers and conducts treason trials against member nations.
  8.
  9. Article 4 - There will be no limit on the amount of terms any senator or executive branch member can serve as long as they are elected. Membership to the region shall be defined as any nation who has resided and active within the region for at least 1 week. Membership from the region can be revoked by the PM or Monarch for any reason other than political reasons and/or disagreements.
  10.
  11. Article 5 - There shall be a position of President of the Senate to be elected by the Senators. The President must be a Senator themselves.
