Imagine a white light descending from the Heavens into the crown chakra, the energy won't hurt you and will start forming a shield around you and passing through each chakra. A merkabah will then start to form in the shield of energy. After this is done, pray to The Creator, ask for protection, guidance, and wisdom, then finally ask for an angel to guide you. End the prayer and start meditating on your third eye for 30minutes or more a day. Eventually you'll be able to hear a faint voice, or it may come in clear. Angels typically don't try to hurt you, so if something feels off, banish the "angel" and start over. This is why it's important to perform the LBRP or GBRP before starting any rituals. Don't doubt yourself if you don't see instant results, magick takes time to manifest and people need to realize this. You'll know when an angel is there, even if you're not that attuned to energies and a presences, you'll know.
