  1. Object Class: Safe
  2. Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained within a standard humanoid-containment cell, measuring six (6) meters by eight (8) meters. D-Class personnel, Foundation staff and sentient SCPs prone to violence and/or hostility towards humans are to avoid entering a radius of fifty (50) meters of SCP-XXXX if at all possible to avoid aggravating her already fragile mental state.
  3. Two guards are to be stationed outside of SCP-XXXX’s cell at all times, are to be armed with non-lethal weaponry and are instructed to subdue her as calmly as possible to prevent aggravating her mental condition and are to contact Dr. ███████ in the event of complications.
  4. SCP-XXXX is to undergo therapeutic treatment a minimal of once a week under the supervision of Dr. ███████ until her mental state returns to acceptable parameters. Testing of SCP-XXXX is postponed indefinitely at the discretion of Dr. ███████.
  5.
  6. Description: A caucasian woman in her mid-twenties with the ability to detect sentience and hostility in an area around her. Originally a D-Class personnel, arrested for assault (a private investigation revealed that the victim was in fact a serial rapist), her anomalous ability manifested when she managed to sense and avoid a stealthy predatory SCP multiple times in testing (432?). Testing starts by introducing her to various D-Class personnel armed/disarmed and with varying intents, then moves on to interacting with various SCPs like 247 (which she reacts to as if it were a large predator but expresses mental distress), 347 (who she “watches” move around the room before making direct contact with her), 1370 (appears agitated until 1370 enters chamber then she displays confusion followed by amusement), a room coated in 598 (uneventful, but describes experience as unpleasant), 053 affecting a D-Class personnel from behind shatterproof glass ([DATA EXPUNGED]), etc.
  7.
  8. Interviews reveal that SCP-XXXX’s father was an abusive alcoholic who would beat her when he was in a particularly foul mood. SCP-XXXX learned from a young age that to avoid the beatings she had to avoid him until he calmed down or fell asleep.
  9.
  10. Eventually someone gets the idea to use her as an alarm for when 682 are going to try to escape (the logic being that during such times they would be noticeably more hostile than usual). Coerced with promises of better living conditions and privileges SCP-XXXX agrees. However, while on route, SCP-XXXX senses 682’s hostility from miles away and grows more and more agitated the closer she gets, by the time a turnaround is authorized SCP-XXXX has lost much of her sanity and has become a gibbering wreck. Psychological treatment for advanced PTSD is currently being administered.

  12. “Okay, so maybe using her to watch 682 was a bad idea. But just think about the potential she has to better screen for hostile entities and infiltrators! Need I remind you of that damned kitten at Site-112?”

  14. ((This is a pretty rough draft and I originally was going to call her Monster Hunter, for reasons that hopefully aren’t too much of a stretch to imagine, but thought that that would be too helpful for the Foundation to have, so I took the more tragic route. Willing to take suggestions for new name.))
