Controversial Quidditch Skip

Recently I found a new skip in this game, that skips every single quidditch match in campaing and also the Neville semi-quidditch storyline right before the quidditch 1 campaing.

Before I explain how this skip works, I'd like to explain how the game menu works:

Basically the game has one conditional: if you're in the game and you beated quidditch 1, you unlocked the Quidditch league in the menu; otherwise, it will be locked.

Now it's time to abuse it. You need to unlock quidditch league to do this skip, and have at least one empty save file in the memory card. How do I unlock the quidditch league?

There are basically two ways: Long way: start a new game and beat the quidditch 1. Quit the game. Shorther way: load a file that beats quidditch 1. Quit the game.

Now you're in the menu. Start a "new game without save", and select "play quidditch". Play against Hufflepuff and save in an empty file. Start the game.

This breaks the game: the game probably thinks that you beated Hufflepuff in campaing, so when you reach the Quidditch area, Snape will be there. Trigger Snape's cutscene to unlock Sloth's brain area. Once you are teleported to there, get the sloth brain, and save the game.

You're back to the main menu. Load your save file that you just saved, and play quidditch again. Go against Ravenclaw, and after the fight select "continue without saving". Go back to the game.

What a surprised, you broke the game again. Go back to the quidditch area. Ron, Neville and Hagrid will be there. Skip Ron and Neville's cutscene (after doing this glitch, their cutscene triggers are very small. Don't worry, it's very possible to skip their cutscenes) and go talk with Hagrid. You'll be teleported to Diagon Alley.

Continue the game as "normal".

This glitch is very controversial. You can't do it by resetting your console, firstly you need to unlock quidditch league; however, after you unlock it, you do everything from a fresh new file.

Q1: Should this glitch be allowed in any%? If not, what is the best idea to do with it?
