   — ACELINE QIU IS SOMETHING ELSE. the french girl is very cheeky and loud, or as she likes to say spunky. she's often compared to KIM HEECHUL or KIM TAEHYUNG. she's probably the wildest of the SERENITY UNIT, but she likes to pretend she's serious and chill. she has a loud voice, that all the members can identify from a single syllable. which does come in handy when singing, she's quite the powerhouse singer. even when she's not singing, she's heard everywhere. she loves to talk and makes friends, she'll talk to anyone. she speaks fluent french, english, mandarin, and almost has perfect korean. so language barriers are usually not a problem for her. she equally loves to pick on others, in a loving way of course. she's like the sister no one ever wanted, always snickering and doing something questionable. she has tons of inside jokes with the SERENITY UNIT and other members too. yet when she's trying to be cool, she'll try to have a smug look on her face while holding back laughter. aceline is also a low-key flirt, just a little too cheeky and enjoys it too much. she flirts with members, staff, other idols, anyone really. she doesn't even care what gender, she'll still flirt and be touchy. just any form of socializing is right up her alley.

BACKGROUND  ;
   — WHEN ACELINE QIU WAS BORN IN LYON, FRANCE, HER FAMILY WAS HAPPY OR SO IT SEEMED. truly, her family wasn't a disaster or anything, her parents (FANTINA COLLET & QIU MIENGLAO) just had their differences. aceline can't even remember how it happened, or what it was like to have her parents together. when she was three, she and her brother moved to live with their grandparents (DANETTE COLLET & THERON COLLET) in the lovely city, paris. her brother (GARREN QIU) was actually her closest companion, he was only two years older so it wasn't hard to get along. surprisingly, her parents also got along well after the split. growing up under her grandparents' care was wonderful, though. they were always very lenient and just wanted the two be happy. aceline really loved being in paris, it'll forever be her favorite place. she would always ride her bike and enjoy the scenery. she would also go to parks and perform, she'd sing and play guitar (it was fun AND she got money). she'd always loved to sing since a young age, so it was a no-brainer that she wanted to do something music related for a living. performing for others just came naturally to her, she loved it. when she heard of auditions to be an idol, it hit her like a stack of bricks. she couldn't pass up the opportunity to have a dream job like that. just like that, she was then preparing to become a trainee. despite her love for singing, it was still a hard choice for her in the end, leaving her family and the people she loves. yet, with their support, she did it. and she most definitely misses france every day (especially the food).
