  5. BTW, were you ever able to find out whether it was possible to remain an unincorporated association beyond the revenue limit that was mentioned?

  11. Hi John - just checked up on this again and here is what I believe to be the case (it is possible to check direct with the charity commission also.)
  12. You *can* be an unincorporated association with an income of over £5,000. The £5,000 marker is when you need to register your charity. Over £10,000 income means you have to start providing annual information to the Charity Commission.

  14. Hope this helps. The number for the charity commission is on the back of the pdf file, or at the website. I have found they are usually helpful when you get through to someone.
  15. The main problem with UA's though - trustee liability.
