A list of what to model. Top to bottom from Priority, starting with highest:

Firestation
Police Station station (with some smaller garages and surrounding buildings)
Civ spawn (maybe a dome of some sort)
Road (Dark tarmac city road)
Bridge (Triangled bridge)
Airport (with tall ATC)
Prison (will go into detail when modelling)
Terror Shop (based on Takistan houses)
Bank (will go into detail when modelling)
Mansion (to be dotted around areas)
2 story House with access to roof (Main building, as well as generic buildings)
