  1. July 2nd 10:00pm, L.A., California, the apartment
  2. >You’re sitting at the table alone while Viveca was sleeping in the bed room.
  3. >The sleepless nights have been returning once again.
  4. >Viveca has also been acting more aggressive and moody lately.
  5. >An hour before you got into a shouting match with her, and you didn’t really feel like being in the same room as her.
  6. >The couch is always comfortable.
  7. >But why the fuck should she get the bed and you the couch?
  8. >You were halfway through a beer and finished your cigarette when the phone rang.
  9. >”Hey this is Bill from the film studio. We need you to come do some editing at 654 Holly Road. Be sure to wear your usual attire.”
  10. >You hung up the phone and looked towards your bed room
  11. >Looking away, you grabbed a pen and paper, wrote a note on the kitchen table, and left the apartment.
  12.
  13. 654 Holly Road
  14. >The destination was a ways away from the city proper.
  15. >From what you could tell, there was a basic single floor brick building that looked as though it had seen better days, along with shed off to the side.
  16. >For such a building, the property around it looked larger than it should have warranted.
  17. >Not to mention a fence around.
  18. >Parking some distance away, you prepare yourself as usual.
  19. >Plate carrier, mask, gloves, and now a pissy attitude.
  20. >You get out of the van, and make your way to fence.
  21. >You keep an eye out for any cameras, none of which you can see.
  22. >Jumping over, you make a B-line to the shed.
  23. >Inside were various lawn supplies.
  24. >Not much around, save for some garden supplies.
  25. >You grab a hedge shears, and a lawnmower blade, which you sheathed it behind your back.
  26. >At the site of the building, you get to the door.
  27. >You check to see if it’s locked.
  28. >It is.
  29. “Knock knock”
  30.
  31. >No one answered
  32. >You then knocked ‘shave and a hair cut’
  33. >Still silence
  34. >Well it was worth a shot
  35. >’two bits’
  36. >The door began to open.
  37. >Immediately you kicked the door, knocking the person onto the ground.
  38. >Straddling the guard, you drove the shears into his neck, and with great force opened them up, severing his neck.
  39. >You get up, grab the shears, and continue on through the hall and into an open room.
  40. >Two guards are hanging around with what you could assume to be AR-pattern rifles.
  41. >You throw the shears at one of the guards, hitting him in the face, leaving a nasty gash.
  42. >The other guard begins to take aim and move towards you.
  43. >You move to cut off his line of sight, forcing him to move through the door into the hall.
  44. >Once he crossed the threshold, you charge and throw yourself at him slamming him against the doorway.
  45. >You then kick his head into the doorway, leaving a mess of gore behind, and grabbed his rifle.
  46. >You then take aim at the now recovering guard at the other end
  47. >*click* gun jammed
  48. >You throw the rifle at the guard, hitting and distracting him long enough for you to pull out the lawnmower blade.
  49. >You swipe at one of his knees, causing him to buckle downwards in severe pain.
  50. >Grabbing the guard by his hair, you then began to hack away at his neck until his head was removed from his body.
  51. >You take his rifle, quickly inspect it to see it has a full auto-mode, flip it to that setting, and that its magazine is fully loaded.
  52. >You sheathe your lawnmower blade back, and move on to the door in front of where you came from.
  53.
  54. >You move down the hallway at the ready for another guard to appear.
  55. >You see a guard briskly moving towards you from the bend.
  56. >*click* *click* *click*
  57. >What the living shit is it with these guns?
  58. >The guard took aim.
  59. >You quickly threw the gun at him, trying to buy yourself a precious second.
  60. >You charge the guard as the force of three rubber mallets hits you on the chest.
  61. >Ignoring the pain, you grab the guard by the head, and slam it against the corner of the wall repeatedly.
  62. >After caving in his skull, the pain of the shots came back with a vengeance.
  63. >You drop to a knee and try to recover for a bit.
  64. >You took this opportunity to inspect your gun further.
  65. >Despite the outward appearance having some signs of neglect, its internals looked like it should be in working order.
  66. >You left the rifle on the ground and continued.
  67.
  68. >You arrive at the door, with only the blade in your hand.
  69. >You knock, and wait behind.
  70. >A guard opens the door, and you take a swipe at this neck.
  71. >The blade becomes lodged in his neck, severing a carotid artery, but still not quite killing him.
  72. >Grabbing him, you take control on his arm, and move inside the room.
  73. >Inside you see four other guards around in what appears to be a break room.
  74. >You force the now dying guard’s hand to squeeze the trigger of what you now assume to be an M4 at the other guards.
  75. >The gun begins to spray bullets at full auto.
  76. >Using this opportunity to finally get a gun that worked, you mow down the four guards.
  77. >Once they were all on the ground, you quickly broke the neck of the guard you were holding, and retrieved your blade.
  78. >Moving towards those you just shot, you check to make sure they were indeed dead.
  79. >One was trying to crawl away.
  80. >Instead of letting him continue, you grab the back of his head and continued to bash it on the ground.
  81. >On his persons, you found and grabbed a knife.
  82.
  83. >Moving back to the main room you appeared in, you moved towards the door you last ignored.
  84. >You open the door to find a large lounge area.
  85. >Inside are 4 guards either patrolling or sitting around.
  86. >They look over and see you.
  87. >Taking a tactical retreat, you move back to the other side of the door, slam it shut.
  88. >One of them kicks open the door, hoping to hit you.
  89. >Instead, jab his neck with your new knife, causing a spray of blood to shoot out.
  90. >The other guards move towards you.
  91. >You kick the guard bleeding out towards the 3 others, and charge towards them.
  92. >In a haze of anger, you stab one of the guards in his abdomen and gut him like a fish.
  93. >To another guard, you throw your knife into his forehead, dropping him before he could manage to fire a single shot.
  94. >And for the last guard, you grabbed him by his face, forcing your thumbs into his eye sockets until they started to bleed, and then ripped out his throat.
  95. >After drinking in some of your anger and slowing your breath down a bit, you see a set in stairs going down.
  96. >Looking around the area, you found yourself a hammer and take it downstairs with you.
  97.
  98. >Down the stairs, you notice the smell of the area is similar to that of alcohol, vinegar, solvent, and bananas.
  99. >You move through the door, you see an odd assortment of thugs and guards sitting on a couch watching some movie.
  100. >To your right, a thug noticed you.
  101. >Breaking into action, threw the hammer at his head, leaving a very audible crack.
  102. >the three on the couch heard you, causing them to quickly get up.
  103. >Before they could fully get up, you grab the couch and flip it on them.
  104. >Not breaking your momentum, you jump over the couch, stop one of them in the head, and kick the other.
  105. >The guard managed to get on his feet, and looked ready to attack.
  106. >You grabbed the TV, which continued to play some degenerate looking film, and hit him over the head with it. Repeatedly. Too much even. Both the TV and the guard’s head became nothing but pulp.
  107. >The one you kicked started coming too.
  108. >Heading over you continued to slam his face into the ground, leaving a pool of blood and tissue to collect.
  109. >Your anger continues to simmer.
  110. >Your gun threw a shitfit. Every gun around here doesn’t seem to work. You got shot. And you suspect you were sent to just kill some drug dealers you can give less than two shits about.
  111.
  112. >Without anything on hand, you kick open the next door and charge in.
  113. >The first person you see is some thug, and you tackle him.
  114. >You grab the AK-pistol he held, and tried to fire it at the two other guards.
  115. >Gun sounded as though it was dry firing the entire time.
  116. >In a fit of rage, you slammed your fist hard on his throat, got up, and ran towards the wall.
  117. >The two thugs hearing the clicks and you tackling the thug move towards now, now firing.
  118. >You smacked one of them with the pistol, dropped the gun, and punched the other hard.
  119. >You grabbed the rifle the one who was shooting you and tried to fire it on him.
  120. >Again, it kept firing as though it were out of ammo, further enraging you.
  121. >You took the gun and began to beat one of the thugs over the head with it using the butt of the stock.
  122. >The other thug tried to get up, but instead you grabbed the rifle by the stock like a bat and smacked him over the side of the head and beat him over as though the gun were a baseball bat.
  123. >After smearing skull fragments across the ground, you released the magazine from the rifle, and saw was still filled with bullets.
  124. >You stand up, drop the gun, and move on towards the door where the guards once stood.
  125. >Door was locked
  126. >You tried kicking it open, but it was reinforced and made of steel, leaving you no chance of knocking it open.
  127. >You found a bag of white powder on the floor and picked it up.
  128.
  129. >You move into the next room, which housed a bunch of cages with girls that looked to be pre-teen to teen.
  130. >Now you see why you were sent here.
  131. >Looking to your right, you see someone come out of a room along the wall.
  132. >You throw the bag at this face, with it exploding in a cloud of dust.
  133. >Being blinded by the powder, the guard was momentarily dazed, buying you time to beat his limp face in.
  134. >You tried to open up the cages, but to no avail.
  135. >You entered the room where the guard came from to find the source of the smell; bags of heroin and solvent.
  136. >Along the wall, you see a set of keys.
  137. >You grab them, and then made your way to the cages
  138. >You unlocked and opened each cage, yet the girls were too scared to leave.
  139. >You didn’t feel like dealing with them right at this moment, and made your way to the door in front of you.
  140.
  141. >You find it was reinforced similarly to the one door before.
  142. >You used the keys you picked up and unlocked the door.
  143. >There in the room was a lone man at a set of computer screens.
  144. >He turns to greet you, and you greeted him with your fist in his face.
  145. >With a blow to the face, the man fall down, with his nose bleeding.
  146. >Looking at him, you recognize who he is.
  147. >He’s one of Hollywood’s notable anti-gun and anti-waffengeist film producers and directors.
  148. >Yet, in the face of his impending, doom, he beings to smile.
  149. >Moving downward yours him, you grab his collar, and wind up to give him the biggest beating you’ve ever given someone.
  150. >*THWACK!*
  151. >Suddenly you’re on the ground, feeling numb.
  152. >The world begins to go black.
  153. >Before darkness completely enveloped you, Viveca’s face flashed in your mind.
