Press J to open the inventory.
Z to radio chat
Middle mouse click to take gear / action.
F11 for the map, once you find one.
In the inventory, right click for item action. (ex. right click water bottle and choose "drink" to drink it)
G to enter vehicles.
You can fill up gas at any gas station, If you have an empty petrol canister.
You can fill up water at any water source, If you have an empty water bottle.
Vehicles tend to have storage, Middle click near one to open it.
**Known item uses:
Morphine: Heal broken bones.
Medic kit: Heal yourself. (gives 5-7k of blood).
Food also restores a little amount of blood.
Painkillers: Sometimes after being hurt your screen will become shaky and you won't be able to aim / change camera angles. Take a Painkiller to solve that.
Bandage: Close wounds when you're bleeding out.
