This is an open letter to the Albuquerque Police Department.

Today, a lawful protest took place of the shooting of an innocent homeless man who was allegedly 'illegally camping.' Video evidence has shown 3 officers not only shooting said individual with rubber bullets and bean bag rounds at point blank distance while he was laying down and immobilized. As if to add insult to injury, the 3 officers released a K9 Unit on the man and watched as it started to tear his leg to shreds. The entire time, the man has not moved a muscle and is laying on the ground. The citizens of Albuquerque assembled peacefully to protest, as is their constitutional right. and the APD was mobilized against them. Snipers on rooftops, tear gas fired, and even EMPs were set off on people doing nothing more than exercising their right to peaceful assembly. Your police department as started a war it cannot possible win. You now have the absolute full attention of Anonymous and every Sec included in the umbrella term. Which includes that of a group known as the Horsemen. We would like to kindly thank Gary Oppedahl, the Economic Development Director for giving his email credentials to us. Along with the information of plans for international trade, Project THOR, and even some blah blah blah about trips to St. Paul and Danielle from PNM making him and Jermie feel uncomfortable.
