For historical data:

 Specifically for intraday 1m US index futures historical data, I recommend https://firstratedata.com/ for best value. I've been using their data for as long as I can remember and have had no issues at all.

 For those who need multiple tickers of futures data, "Futures - Most Active (130 Most Active Futures)" bundle is a steal. ( https://firstratedata.com/b/29/futures-most-active )

 In fact, all of their bundles are VERY cheap considering what you get. If you have money to splurge, you might want to go for one of the bundles to begin with, because of how their "subscription" system works. Basically if you buy any of their bundles, cancel the auto-subscription right away, but maybe some time later you want your data updated, you only need to make a small payment and they will give you access to the updated dataset -- regardless of how much time has passed in between. (I asked them about this and they confirmed that price does not scale, and you only pay for a single quarter worth of updates.)

 I have the futures bundle, and at the start of each year, I pay about ~$100 for the fully up-to-date dataset. It's as cheap as it can get.

 Otherwise, individual tickers are also on the cheaper side. I do not think their data quality is subpar to any of their competitors when it comes to futures data.

 However, do note that a few years ago I tried their forex data but it turned out to be garbage and I refunded it. They said they were working on it, but I don't know if it's fixed yet or not.
