Here's a summary of what's going down at the Festival

There's gonna be two tournaments held on both the 29th and 30th starting at 11:00 JST and ending at 15:00 JST called "Gachibon Matches"
They will be tournaments held (where prizes can be earned) based on bracelets you get where they call lottery numbers
When they give you your bracelet you get a Gachibon fan too!!

Here are the tournament rules:
>Game mode: 3 matches of Splat Zones, Tower Control and Rainmaker depending on time
>Equipment: All gear and weapons can be used
>Gear abilities will be default (Main ability only)
>Weapons, gear and camera sensitivity must be chosen within a minute
>The newest version of the game will be used
>Stages: A random stage will be selected out of any
>Misc: Exclusive Wii U Gamepad LAN adapters will be used
>Headphones and earphones are not allowed

If you get chosen you get a free Gachibon washcloth, woohoo
From 15:15-15:50 JST on the 29th there will be a live performance of the Squid Sisters
From 16:00-17:30 on the 29th, as well as 15:30-16:30 on the 30th, there will be a Bon Dance with choreography here

That means I'm not sure if there will actually be a performance carried out by little Callie and Marie; sorry to burst anyone's bubble
