World 1: 230 Crystals needed in total

1-1: Need 40 Crystals-Orange Jelly (Save Gobbo)
1-2: Need 40 Crystals-Orange Jelly (Mine)
1-3: Nothing. (Race)
1-4: Nothing. (Spring Gobbo)
1-5: Need 150 Crystals-Orange Jelly, Green Jelly, and Clockwork Gobbo (Chase)

Fastest way to get Crystals for this level are breaking the boxes you can get on the levels while you're running your way through World 1. Get the 100 Crystals from the trampoline Gobbo too.

World 2: 170 Crystals needed in total

1-1: Need 80 Crystals-Red Jelly and Clockwork Gobbo (Frozen Bomb)
1-2: Need 50 Crystals-Clockwork Gobbo (Red Ant)
1-3: Need 40 Crystals-Orange Jelly (Train)
1-4: Nothing (Snowball)
1-5: Nothing (Hang gliding)

After this level the mini boss with the silly fish is the fastest way to earn Crystals and probably the best bet to get crystals for future levels. I think I'd stock up here.

World 3: 290 Crystals needed in total

1-1: Need 40 Crystals-Orange Jelly (Wheel 1 Left)
1-2: Need 110 Crystals-Clockwork Gobbo and Green Jelly (Wheel 2 Right)
1-3: Nothing (Race)
1-4: Need 50 Crystals- Clockwork Gobbo (Little thing)
1-5: Need 90 Crystals-Orange Jelly and Clockwork Gobbo (Fire sucks)

These levels are super annoying. The second wheel is the biggest pain in my opinion to get all the crystals with and also the level fire level were you get the trophy is a HUGE pain and you DO have to go slow otherwise you'll die because the ropes are so short.

World 4: 140 Crystals needed in total

1-1: Need 50 Crystals-Clockwork Gobbo (Babies)
1-2: Need 90 Crystals-Orange Jelly and Clockwork Gobbo (Waterfall)

These levels are pretty calm. You could save 50 Crystals and use a little glitch that allows you to get the red crystals but it is way to unstable and impossible to do consistently so it's best just to not die by it and spend 50 crystals.

Conclusion: I think a 100% run of this game would be REALLY annoying, not so much challenging though. All you need is patience and need to deal with some of the glitches the game has to offer otherwise you'll waste 4 minutes because you got yourself killed. 830 Crystals in total needed if your run is perfect and you don't have to re-do something.
