Note: The skills as presented here are on a scale from 1 to 20, with each following point becoming progressively more difficult to obtain. 5 points is representative of the skill level expected of a freshly graduated apprentice, 10 is the beginning skill level of a Sith Lord, 15 is the approximate level of a newly titled Darth, and lastly 20 would be the level of a member of the Dark Council. Theoretically it could be possible to breach this cap with the power of ancient artifacts of previously unknown Sith knowledge and rise to power equal to the Emperor himself. There is only one exception to this scale and the landmarks presented above: Force Rage. Due to the inherently chaotic nature of this ability and it's reliance on losing control the maximum rank that can be reached with this skill is 10, and these levels are inherently harder to reach then those of a more average skill.
