  4. Interface 10/10
  5. System Impact 8/10
  6. .1% cpu 60MB ram
  7. Holy balls batman this shit is crazy fast. One of the fastest I have ever seen. Qihoo internet security was tested as well and the main difference is it used 10 mb less ram but has 2 less AV engines it scans with. This is hands down my new favorite free AV
  8. very easy to use file exception perfect for you blackhats.
  9. Bitdefender
  10. Infected links 10/10
  11. Infected Files 10/10
  12. Interface 8/10
  13. System Impact 6/10
  14. .3% cpu 111MB ram
  15. Little heavier then even Kaspersky still not as bad as norton. Very good engine that other AV's use Does include tune up and file encryption.

  22. System Impact 2/10
  23. 2% cpu 678MB ram
  24. Ho lee shiiiiit if not for the huge ram usage do to multiple features this would be a kaspersky killer. Nice clean crip interface and one of the few to detect my samples even as a zip file which means it is proactivly scanning.
  25. This is definitely a must have if you a sysadmin with lots of users ( they more enterprise geared) I would use this if I had 16GB or more of RAM
  26.
  27. Trend Micro Maximum Security
  28. Infected links 9/10
  29. Infected Files 10/10
  30. Interface 6/10
  31. System Impact 8/10
  32. .4% cpu 38MB ram
  33. Excellent for enterprise and while they score highest on AV comparatives their end user interface is slow and the scan engine took 3 minutes to find all threats after unpacked. Long enough for me to potentially execute a file that could disable it.

  42.
  43. lightest weight AV tested.includes option of installing their firewall by default which then tried to block itself from accessing the internet during datbase update.
  44. very early 200s feel software
  45.
  46. f prot
  47. Infected links NA
  48. Infected Files 7/10
  49. Interface 5/10
  50. System Impact 9/10
  51. .1% cpu 12MB ram
  52. Very reminiscent of Clam AV more geared towards linux then windows. Not updated since 2011.

  55. and bonus! herdprotect
  56. Infected links NA
  57. Infected Files 10/10
  58. Interface 8/10
  59. System Impact 8/10
  60. .1% cpu 32MB ram
  61. 68 engines 2nd line of defence you can use with an AV. Not an actual one with real time protection. Did find all malware after it was was installed and took forever to scan.
