  7. I'll be addressing each screenshot posted by SJW hima and why it was NOT harassment. Hima also lied in saying there was "context."

  9. This is NOT true at all. I have muted Nerli and for the past 1-2 months, I've ignored this person unless a less-than-pleasing remark was made at me from them. Error can vouch for this.

  17. Nerli said people were sending death threats at them. THEN, (this is crucial), Nerli told me to "go fuck myself".

  23. They probably thought I meant "I would too" in response to people sending death threats to Nerli.

  35. I said self-diagnosing is not a trustworthy/viable method of deciding whether or not you have bipolar disorder.

  37. One of the reasons why I have a very strong opinion about people potentially falsely claiming they have BPD is because I did research with a professor two summers ago on this type of personality disorder and others.

  39. I do not think Nerli has any authority in declaring themself as "bipolar" until official diagnosis has been made.

  41. Furthermore, how can 14 year old (who have not even achieved maturity) even decide themselves that they have a serious personality disorder? Other than long-term depression and certain disorders, such disorders are difficult to diagnosis and officially declare as being present in a barely teenage youngster.

  49. Yet again, this screenshot shows Nerli JUSTIFYING instigating issues with me by claiming they have a personality disorder that requires them to get attention.

  51. I made a general statement saying that "special snowflakes want attention." Again, I do not believe in self-diagnosis.

  53. Does this truly warrant harassment? Is it THAT offensive to call out a group of people as "special snowflakes"? I didn't even tell Nerli they were a special snowflake!

  55. Not to mention, the term "special snowflakes" is loosely thrown around in Sandbox as nearly as much as the term "SJW" is.

  65. Chaika said Blister (who was using a copycat lilin account) wasn't worthy of the username and I laughed at TheWitch's comment who claimed he had a bunch of personality disorders found in less than 0.01% of the population

  75. In this screenshot, I wasn't even talking to Nerli. I was talking to Blister who confessed to using the "lilin" username.

  79. At that point, I had already re-muted Nerli since refreshing chatbox for some reason resets my chat mutes.

  81. I said "Nerli constantly shows off their supposed disorder" TO potentate.

  83. Why? Because Nerli CONSTANTLY justifies verbally attacking me, then claiming BPD made them do that.

  93. I refreshed my chatbox because chat froze for me. So, I saw Nerli's chat comments. This explains my long-response time before apologizing.

  97. 1. I have seen Nerli on TinyChat before. I said what looked a girl. I unconsciously always think Nerli as a girl.

  99. 2. I wasn't giving much thought, since I was typing fast.

  101. I apologized for this. This entire report, I had to consciously remind myself to use "them" instead of "her".

  103. There was no intent in calling Nerli a "her" once to offend or harass them.

  109. OT this report to NV. I have refuted all the screenshots and arguments made against me. No evidence was given showing any harassment.
