SVTFOE: You Really got me now part 15


	It was party time at the Diaz place, by the mid-afternoon the guests began to arrive, mostly Stars friends from school that she hasn't seen since she left.  Alphonso and his kids showed up all 274 of them; tragically about 30 of them flew into Mr. Diaz bug zapper upon entering the backyard, the light beckoned them so, Alphonso was largely un phased as it turns out these weren't the first of his pixie kids that have died out of stupidity. Janna arrived on hand with Oskar who clearly did not want to be at the party; Janna herself was very noticeably pregnant and looked as if Oskar was getting on her very last nerves; Fergeson was looking rather slim now, according to him he's trying to stay somewhere between chubby Seth Rogen and skinny Jonah Hill for maximum comedic appeal and since he just got a walk-on role in 22 Jump Street vs Ghostbusters vs Men in Black Part 2 its clearly working. StarFan13 (now StarFan 18)showed up, up until recently Marco never knew her real name turns out its Daron; she immediately tried to show him her new fan fiction of him and Star but Marco politely declined, Star disguised him as a girl ONCE and all of a sudden she makes a 30 chapter story about him getting married to Tom and of course Tumblr loved it; fuck them.


As more guests arrived Marco headed up to Stars room to see if she's ready to come down. Marco himself had dressed semi-casual and semi-formal, Skinny jeans plus short sleeved tuxedo vest with bonus bowtie; he  knocked on her door and waited for a bit before getting a reply; she was almost ready. Marco figured that without the wand she was having more trouble then usual getting ready; at some point he's going to have to talk to her about how she is adjusting to life without the wand; of course he'll offer to help as much as he can. The door eventually opened and out came Star; she was wearing a strapless light blue dress with golden trimmings around the skirt although she was still showing a lot of leg, looked like a less revealing version of that wedding dress Kale had "designed" for her and in some ways gave Marco flash backs to how good she looked for the Blood Moon Ball. She displayed the necklace Marco gave her proudly around her neck and her hair was in a ponytail and wore a type of reddish lipstick that Marco was sure was not a color naturally found on Earth.

"How do I look?" she asked Marco who was clearly staring.

"You look fantastic, way too good for our backyard" replied Marco rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly; she really did look gorgeous.

Star smiled at him and straighted up his bow tie. "You look good too, like your about to go to prom like gentlemen and at the same time get into a street fight in alley at a moments notice like a badass and vice versa; I really like it" Star finished fixing his bow tie and gave him a pat on the shoulder; she then took him by the arm.

"sooo...ready to escort me outside?" Star asked.

"It would be  an honor of showing up at a party with the prettiest girl In town by my side," Marco said latching on to her. "But since Chantelle couldn't come you'll do nicely".

Star gave him a pouty angry look, and Marco just laughed. "I'm kidding you know I like making you flustered, and besides I know your booty is WAY nicer then Chantelle's"

Marco completely froze after what he just said. "I uh that is to say that In no way was i judging but also..."

Star giggled like mad. " It's OK Marco, my booty thanks you for the compliment".

And with that they walked downstairs arm in arm, upon reaching the outside everyone shouted Happy Birthday to Star. "Its all for you Star, have fun I mean it," Marco said separating from her; Star looked on as he disappeared into the crowd that was coming to greet her.

"Thanks...just wish you wouldn't run away" Star mumbled.



Wasn't long before the party was in full swing, Mr. Diaz even set up a sound system complete with area for people to dance; it may have been overkill, but Star was enjoying it. Marco's cake had 3 layers stacked on top of each other, with stars all over the sides done in yellow frosting  and a chibi Star figure complete with wand summoning the number nineteen at the very top, Marco said he used a 3D printer to make the figure and Star thought it looked so cute. Almost everyone had separated into their own little groups after greeting each other mostly guys hanging out with guys, the girls with each other and the pixie children flying above them raining down fairy dust for ambiance and it looked cool, but Marco couldn't help but feel you shouldn't breathe that stuff in too much; Janna, on the other hand, wouldn't leave Marco alone much to his dismay.

"So I heard you burst into a church, took Star as the priest asked if anyone objects to the wedding and then fucked her in a broom closet...real romantic Diaz I knew you had it in you" She said with a shit eating grin.

"Not even remotely close...wait is that what your telling people online?" Asked Marco getting angry.

"Maybe, maybe not I just know my version is better".

"Geez Janna if I didn't know any better I'd say motherhood is making you more of a bitch then usual," said Marco taking a sip from his cup.

"Oh you know by the way just because I'm pregnant doesn't mean I'm not up for some fun, what do you say you take me upstairs and warm me up with some of that latin heat?" Janna said running her finger up Marco's chest.

Marco grabbed her hand and pushed it to the side growing oh so very annoyed. "Oskar is like a few feet away and your trying to seduce me, seriously?"

"Pfft were not together he just knocked me up; what I do want is for you to knock me down and  have your way with me" Janna replied trying to get Marco to touch her boobs.

"Janna just go back to your baby daddy and leave me alone, but if you like I'll still come to your guys wedding...or the taping of your inevitable Jerry Springer episode whichever comes first"

Janna made a face and angrily went back to re-join the other girls, one day Marco will be her's next time she just has to up the dose of the sleeping pills and not drink the kool-aide herself. Star had actually heard the whole conversation from a  few feet away not like it was hard Janna doesn't have a volume control on her voice; she likes Janna but was relieved when Marco rejected her advances.

"Why is Janna so upset?" Star asked approaching Marco pretending to not know whats going on.

Marco turned surprised to see Star. "Oh that, don't worry about her she's always acting like that around me I thought having a baby would make her nicer but I was wrong; you ever seen that movie The Omen?"

"No" replied Star.

"Trust me when I say when that kid is born they are going to have to add the words based on a true story the next time it gets remade" Marco said shaking his head.

Star laughed at his joke, which made Marco smile, she didn't understand it but it felt like it was the right thing to do.

Marco finished his drink as Star got called over by StarF- err Daron; he knew she probably didn't get his awesome reference, but he'd do anything to make her laugh and smile.

Sell it to himself, Marco remembered.
