Addons -> My Addons -> Program Addons -> Pragma -> Press C/Menu -> Configure -> Source Tab -> File Download Interval -> Set it to Every Start.

Open up Pragma, Once its finished loading and you can see the Guide, Exit out and change the File Download Interval back to what you had it set to, If you cant remember, I recommend 48 hours.
