Steam-Cards - is it a SCAM?? Part 2 (2014)

Wondering if Steam-cards.com is a scam, I tested the site to the point I felt comfortable doing and then stopped when it came to Locked being UNLOCKED and I was allowed to go to claim my steam card. I had to go to a /working/php page. I did not go further than that but next decided to research some more.

I looked up the site info (as I was taught by fellow site security investigators) and then searched for info on the owner's email address for more info.

Looking up his email address I finally came across a site that said YES IT IS A SCAM:

I had previously not been able to find out anyone else's findings on if this site was a scam or not but I had my suspicions.
