Dytinran: Ok, so after a bit of digging here it looks like the purchase was made 7 days ago for a character transfer and faction change, which means we might only be able reverse the transaction but not refund it =/

Leon Silva de Oliveira: What I would like, as I said in the ticket, is only a discount on the purchase. However, if the only way possible is a full refund, I'll take i and transfer again. Anything works for me, if you manage to it =)

Dytinran: Ok, so what we are looking to do for you here is instead of a refund, we would be willing to compensate the difference you would have saved as game time, so that you at least still save some money in some way here

Leon Silva de Oliveira: I paid for R$130 in battle net credit, + i used up 2 wow tokens to buy the transfer/faction change
