How many hours have you played Mount and Blade: Warband? I`ve played M&B: WB for around 70 hours, I'm this type of guy which is gaining a LOT hours in a game wich interests me a lot.

Why do you want to be an admin? And what makes you different to other applicants?

I personally believe I should be entrusted with the role of Trial-Moderator because of the key skill-set I possess as well as my involvement within MesaGaming. I've done my absolute best to help others and present myself  as a trust-worthy individual. Over the course of my time within this community, I believe I have succeeded in creating a good image for myself. I wish to display my ability and zeal to help others and support this community my forwarding myself for the staff role. I believe I have many key attributes that not only portray me as a trust worthy individual but a vital asset for the staff team.
These attributes include... :
•	A confident and fluent speaker ; Communication is vital within the Staff Team, not only must you be able to clearly communicate with your peers but you must establish a clear line of speaking with those you are helping. I am a confident and clear speaker, I can forward my message effectively while making sure the other person understands completely.  My knowledge of the English language is also excellent , I'm a fluent speaker of the language which will definitely aid me if I am accepted.
•	A positive, helping attitude ; I love to help others, and it's why I strive to become a staff member on NWRP mentioned before, I've helped people within this community but I want to do more. I possess a positive attitude to helping others and I've never looked at doing my job as a member of staff as a chore. If I didn't have any drive for this job I wouldn't apply for it. I really want this opportunity as it finally gives me a definitive position within MesaGaming to help others more efficiently and crack down on the rule breakers within all types of RP.
•	The ability to make unbiased and educated decisions ; I always think about the repercussions of a decision before I put it into motion as it's important for a member of staff to think before they act. Before I make a decision, I will ensure that all the evidence that had been presented before me is not only of a trust-worthy source but is completely valid before I create a judgement based on the situation at hand. My decision making will be precise and just as I don't believe in acting against a rule breaker with limited to non-existent amounts of evidence. I'll make it my duty to base my decision making around unbiased variable
•	I am very passionate about this server and its community and that is why I am applying for a role within the staff team.
I will still help as many people as I can but with the rank of Trail Admin or anything higher after that I can help out more people as I would be someone they would turn to for help and to report players.
I feel like you can trust me a lot, i have also changed my attitude because I dont want to fall out with anyone on the server I play so much off.
My Speciality is helping people so why would i abuse and get something taken away that i love so much.
If i got Trail Moderator i believe i would be a good staff member and a active one too and i look forward to having the chance to help people.

Well, I've been staff on many GMoD server's which gave hopefully enough experienced precise decision.

Sadly... everyone... still don't know my name, but I'm gonna change it and want to be known as an GOOD admin wich decisions actually make the playerbase HAPPY. I'll go on everything with 100% moral. I`ll always listen to the In-game community (even if they are being a bit bitchy sometimes)
