Male: Red marbles
Female: Blue marbles

Cis-gender: Marbles and jar are always the same color
Transgender: Marbles and jar are not always the same color

FtM/MtF: Red marbles in a blue jar/blue marbles in a red jar
Gender neutral: Grey marbles, or purple marbles
