Background Story:
Lamar Savage was born in Los Santos on 23 of June in 1989.As he was a small child he live in small ghetto neigbhourhood.His parents from the start knows that he would be hyperactive kid who will always make a problems on the streets or at home.When he get to the primary school,first day of the school he is cursing other teachers.He's been on big way to be kicked out of the school.After he finished primary school he enrolled to high school.His 15's will remember his parents and all 24/7's where he is robbing.After he finished HS,he join to the gang,and he started to help each people to earn some money.They are all best friends,but when they work,that is other story,they are all like a brothers.

What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
We can't RAPE someone in public,and if we want to do that we need OOC (out-of-character)agreement.As I said we can't RAPE someone in public so we need some hidden place such as house.We can't RAPE someone on these places :Airport,Pershing square,Los Santos Police,Sheriff Department in Dillmore,Burg shot on Temple,Mall street,Idlewood.Why?Because IC'ly we will got problems with police,other side OOC'ly we will got problem with ADMIN roles.

Robbing?We can't rob someone who is not level 3 or highter.Why?Because that will be unfair for newbie players.Also we can rob only 500 bucks.We can also rob drugs,weapons,packages and there are no limits for it!.If we got scammed in any time,we can rob that money back,also in that time we can rob more than 500 bucks.We are not allowed to kill anyone after robbing or scamming!.Bank robbery is only allowed if admin give you a permission.And also there must be 20 police officers online.If we are going to rob we need to send pm to police officer that bank robbery will start.

OOC scamming and robbing is not allowed.But if we want to scamm someone that player must be level 10 or highter.We can scamm him for 50.000 bucks,drugs and weapons are also allowed to scamm.But houses,business,cars (include raffles for car) ARE NOT ALLOWED.If you got an admin permission you can scamm more than 500.000 bucks.Loan money is not prefer if you are loaning money to some stranger,because he is not obligated to back you that money!Admins and testers will not help us if we lose our money.
