-A player creates a ticket stating that he was griefed. You go to the location the ticket was made and you find the grief was minor and was a friend to the person who submitted the ticket. What do you do?
I would consult both friends and determine whether it was just a friendly joke or an actual greif. If it was a friendly joke that they are both fine with, then I will let them off, until it happened again. If it is a real greif, I would warn the offender and fix the grief.
-You come across an area where a player has made a shrine. The shrine has several swastikas. When asking the player the purpose of the shrine he states that it’s for his in-game religion. What do you do?
I would politely ask the player to remove the swatsicas from the shine, even though I do respect you in-game religion, I must keep the peace on the server and some are offended by swasticas. I he doesnt remove them, I give him a warning and remove them myself
-There's a group of 5 people in-game, speaking inappropriately vulgar to you. They have made it their mission to make you angry, sometimes they will use very personal insults. What would you do here? Explain why.
I would warn them all to give them one chance to stop, then if they dont, mute them for disrespecting staff. If people see others disrespecting staff without consequinc, then they will be encouraged to do the same, so a fast mute would keep others from acting up
