During the shootout at Pizza Stacks (where the first death was that of a character with 0 hours that was literally done 5 minutes ago got its head blown off for no reason) Kendrick Darnell was RP'd as a very close friend to Elijah (my character) and had just gotten out of jail. Kendrick being killed (as far as Elijah knew IC as his head was blown off) caused Elijah to be in extreme emotional turbulence, afterwards, Elijah followed the police's orders into the pizza stacks to hide from the sniper shots, still extremely angry (more angry than afraid, adrenaline triggers a fight or flight response based on the personality and in Elijah's example it happened to be fight, due to the experiences he's had to pass with, if you'd like a more in-depth explanation of my character, let me know).

On point now, inside, Elijah was provoked for literally absolutely no reason by a guy who just walked in and screamed "White power!" and did the Nazi salute (not sure how I'm the one in jail, GG roleplay). So, Elijah walked up to the guy, and I'll share the logs:

Now, here is where I believe the judgement which the jail was based on is wrong:

1. The reasoning behind the punch is doubtless and the RP is on-point.
2. The reasoning behind the other guy's whole RP is obviously extremely non-RP when there are 4 black people in the building and he just randomly does sieg heil anims with "White power!" comments and continues to be rude when confronted in zero-range.
3. The punch was not from afar, I wasn't away from him when I typed the /me and ran up and hit him, I did not "force" an RP which was "dodgable" or had many "variables" to be calculated, I was in ZERO RANGE from him. In real life, Bruce Lee's (Jeet Kune Do's creator, he literally made his own martial arts) was to always stay an arm away from the other person during a fight, because punches then are almost impossible to dodge for even martial arts masters unless they are expecting a hit.

Fact: A punch cannot be dodged from that range, especially when he's done absolutely no /me's or /do's that he's expecting a punch at all. Professional boxers and martial arts masters may only be capable of dodging punches at that range because they expect it, which is something he has not done whatsoever.

Conclusion: The punch from that range was unblockable without preparation, this is what it is based on, note that he got knocked out two seconds after the /me, this contradicts the log provided by the administrator at the time of my jail here:

Which shows only a one second difference, I believe two seconds is more than enough time for him to react to a punch, I was actually being generous because he was unprepared for anything RP wise, I literally just clicked left click, didn't even need to aim nor move. He was as close as I could get to him, and he was unprepared.

When someone takes out a gun, they do not wait for others to react and can instantly shoot, I have seen this multiple times (I've even done SAN articles about events which had these sort of shootings occur, refer to the PK on James McCullah here: https://forums.owlgaming.net/index.php?showtopic=34145 ), this is because bullets aren't dodgeable. In this certain scenario of mine, the punch was as good as a bullet as he simply could not have dodged it without range, and to dodge it, he would have to be a martial arts master whom was expecting a punch.
