  9. My educational presentation explained lie system concepts using clips from public YouTube videos without passing judgement/opinion on the topics those particular videos focused on.

  12. If my presentation is considered harassment and bullying, then how in crikey's good name can the iDubbbz attack video on RiceGum be considered acceptable? At the time of writing, his divisive video has more than 14 million views. It has provably inspired hate.

  15. It should not matter that his attack video contained "humour". It should not matter that iDubbbz is a YouTube "celebrity". If "love is love", then harassment is harassment.

  18. Of course, this is YouTube's platform and they can remove what they like. However, YouTube must not pretend to be "just" and "fair" when its guidelines are not evenly applied.

  21. Hiding behind noble sounding guidelines in order to discriminate against content it wouldn't otherwise be able to forbid has become YouTube's _modus operandi._

  27. For now I have set my lie system presentations to private just in case they become unfairly targeted by *intellectually insecure vigilante do-gooders.*

  39. P.S. To genuinely reject my appeal would require a human to review the *entire* presentation and *understand* its content. *That may not be necessary for most YouTube videos, but it is for mine.*

  41. With my presentations, it is too easy to focus on a few frames - _or a single caption_ - and take the broader message out of context. By removing context you can make *anyone* - _even saints_ - appear evil. And doing that just happens to be the _speciality_ of iDubbbz.
