Bridges

You know, us wanderers of Skyrim know a few things that most folk won't ever really hear about. Bridges, for example. Very useful things, helping us go from place to place without getting our clothes wet or falling into a ravine. It'd certainly be a pain to travel around without them.

But...

If you're ever wandering the roads at night or during a heavy storm, and you come across a bridge, you must always keep your eyes straight ahead, your pace slow, and your body in the center of the road. Do not go near the edges, do not look over the railing, do not break into a run.

Ignore the sound of shuffling under the bridge. Do not listen for the grinding of massive teeth. If you start to see a hand creep over the other side of the rails, do not look. Just keep your head straight and remember my advice, and you should be safe.
