Hi Noble, I don't believe we've spoken before, so now is a good a time as any.

What happened in the DDOS was of course horrible, and I am quite sure we can agree that it's a really pathetic thing to do, to attack a game in such a way.


Anyway, were I in your position surrounded by yellow wrecks unsure on what belonged to who, i'd have done the same and scooped the lot to ensure my pilots got their stuff back.

A lot of our players are cross community, they fly with both of us, and with this in mind, I would request that the general squabbling our two communities have on occasion is put aside in the interest of our combined playerbase.

So I kindly request a return of the loot that was dropped, once your own losses have been accounted for.
I'm optimistic in my request, in knowledge that were this the other way round, TVP would gladly be sending over any extra items in the hangar after such a circumstance, once pilots in the TVP fleet had their items back.

I have included our lossmails below, in hopes that you can use this to cross reference extra modules you have.

I hear much about the history between our communities and the different players at the head of either, and as a new face in TVP leadership, i'd rather avoid taking peoples word for how different people are in different communities to ours. I'd much rather work that out for myself by how they act.

If you contract or trade me the items I will ensure they are returned to the members of the public they belong to.

I believe you are correct, I don't think we have had the opportunity to interact either. We in ISN, are always open to communications, so we feel it might be perceived as a bit of a "convenient" time to open them up. I'm sure we could have had many constructive things to discuss at any other time, but now you seem to believe, we have "your stuff"

We do agree with you though, it is a terribly petty thing to do, targeting a poor game like it was, poor souls, have they nothing better to do.

We are quite aware that some incursion pilot's have no other choice, than to fly with you in our downtimes, but we do appreciate that you help them make some ISK at least, with an understandable amount of risk involved, it's not like you loose much more than a hundred billion the occasional month.

I too know a little bit about the "history" of incursion community relations as it were, and I must admit there have been some friction. Never the less, you are welcome, we have enjoyed the content you have rewarded us with, in return for things like making you better, improving your fits and your pilots in general  So I am pretty certain I can speak for the entirety of ISN by saying, thank you too good sir(s), for that.

As to your most respectable request, I was perhaps misinformed, but I was under the impression that tvp enjoyed the luxury of having a healthy ship replacement program, that would cover in sad circumstances as was today. Or is it insurance? You must forgive us, we are not quite familiar with such mechanics.

Alas, I do not posses any other modules than those belonging to ISN pilots, that were so unfortunate to loose their ships, but they have been returned to their rightful owners. Even though I had to run the risk to my own person of going suspect. I risk a bit of self promotion here, but it felt quite heroic; there were hostile ships that i did not know, locking me up! It was very exciting, with a cargo worth of many billions.
